PHC Construction Method for PHC Pile by Inner Excavation
The present invention relates to a construction method of a PHC pile using an internal excavation method, enabling a PHC pile and an auger to be rotated in the opposite directions and be forcibly inserted into the ground to be installed by using a front end part excavation bit installed in a front end part of a lower portion of the PHC pile, a drive connection member assembled to an upper end part of the PHC pile, a casing rotating drive, and an auger rotating drive in order to efficiently install the PHC pile with economic efficiency generating low vibration and low noise.
본 발명은 PHC 말뚝의 하부 선단부에 설치되는 선단부 굴착비트, PHC 말뚝의 상단부에 조립되는 드라이브 연결부재, 케이싱 회전 드라이브(drive for rotating casing) 및 오거 회전 드라이브(drive for rotating auger)를 이용하여 PHC 말뚝과 오거를 서로 반대 방향으로 회전시키면서 지반에 압입시켜 관입 설치함으로써, 저진동 및 저소음으로 PHC 말뚝을 경제적이고 효율적으로 시공할 수 있게 하는 내부굴착에 의한 PHC 말뚝의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 PHC 말뚝의 하부 선단부에 설치되는 선단부 굴착비트, PHC 말뚝의 상단부에 조립되는 드라이브 연결부재, 케이싱 회전 드라이브(drive for rotating casing) 및 오거 회전 드라이브(drive for rotating auger)를 이용하여 PHC 말뚝과 오거를 서로 반대 방향으로 회전시키면서 지반에 압입시켜 관입 설치함으로써, 저진동 및 저소음으로 PHC 말뚝을 경제적이고 효율적으로 시공할 수 있게 하는 내부굴착에 의한 PHC 말뚝의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
