Asphalt Concrete Composition of Improving Durability for Paving Using Seaweeds and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
According to the present invention, provided is an asphalt concrete composition for pavement, which comprises: 5-40 parts by weight of seaweed, 10-1,000 parts by weight of aggregates, 30-80 parts by weight of a glycidyl methacrylate-based resin, 20-60 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene, 10-40 parts by weight of a nano ceramic particle, 3-10 parts by weight of an antioxidant, 10-30 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 10-60 parts by weight of a binder resin, 2-30 parts by weight of a hardening agent, 5-30 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter, and 2-20 parts by weight of fiber, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt. According to the present invention, the asphalt concrete composition for pavement minimizes influence caused by a change in external air temperature, and thus can prevent the occurrence of cracking, surface delamination, exfoliation (a pothole), etc. Furthermore, the asphalt concrete composition for pavement has an excellent preventive effect on early freezing in winter, has enhanced durability, and is thus easily applied to common pavement.
본 발명은 본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 해조류 5 내지 40중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트계 수지 30 내지 80중량부; 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 20 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 안정제 10 내지 30중량부; 바인더 수지 10 내지 60중량부; 경화제 2 내지 30중량부; 부착증진제 5 내지 30중량부; 및 파이버 2 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 포장용 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 포장용 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 외기온도변화에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있으며, 동절기 초기결빙에 대한 예방효과가 뛰어남과 동시에 내구성이 향상되어 일반포장에 적용하기 용이하다.
