Quick-hardening Concrete Composition Using Seaweeds and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition, and to a construction method using the same. The ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of cement, comprises: 3 to 20 parts by weight of seaweeds; 20 to 80 parts by weight of an acrylic resin; 30 to 80 parts by weight of a prepolymer; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a hardening agent; 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 50 to 1,000 parts by weight of an aggregate; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a retardant; 5 to 20 parts by weight of powder; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high function water reducing agent. The ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition according to the present invention improves a work environment, reduces environmental contamination, and has strength which is equivalent to or higher than that of conventional cement. At the same time, ultra-rapid hardening concrete composition is rapidly hardened, thereby being easily applied to concrete deposition which requires rapid hardening properties.
본 발명은 시시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 해조류 3 내지 20중량부; 아크릴계 수지 20 내지 80중량부; 프리 폴리머 30 내지 80중량부; 경화제 5 내지 30중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 20중량부; 골재 50 내지 1,000중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 분체 5 내지 20중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 초속경 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 콘크리트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되어 속경성이 요구되는 콘크리트 타설에 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 초속경 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
