Asphalt Concrete Layer Composition for Waterproof Using Seaweedsand Constructing Methods Using Thereof
According to the present invention, provided are a waterproof asphalt concrete layer composition and a construction method thereof. The waterproof asphalt concrete layer composition comprises: 0.1-10 parts by weight of seaweed, 10-1,000 parts by weight of aggregates, 10-70 parts by weight of a polymeric powder resin, 2-30 parts by weight of a hardening agent, 30-80 parts by weight of a glycidyl methacrylate-based resin, 10-40 parts by weight of a nano ceramic particle, 5-40 parts by weight of silicate, 5-30 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter, and 2-20 parts by weight of fiber, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt. According to the present invention, the waterproof asphalt concrete layer composition adds waterproof properties to asphalt concrete which is formed by firstly making a waterproof asphalt concrete layer out of the waterproof asphalt concrete layer composition, and paving the waterproof asphalt concrete layer with a common asphalt layer. Furthermore, the waterproof asphalt concrete layer composition minimizes influence caused by a change in external air temperature, and thus can prevent the occurrence of cracking, surface delamination, exfoliation (a pothole), etc.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 해조류 0.1 내지 10중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 고분자 분말 수지 10 내지 70중량부; 경화제 2 내지 30중량부; 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트계 수지 30 내지 80중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 실리케이트 5 내지 40중량부; 부착증진제 5 내지 30중량부; 및 파이버 2 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트층 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트층 조성물은 일차로 아스팔트 콘크리트층 조성물로 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트층을 형성하고 그 위에 일반 아스팔트층을 포장함으로써 형성되는 아스팔트 콘크리트가 방수성능을 갖도록 하는 동시에 외기온도변화에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.

According to the present invention, provided are a waterproof asphalt concrete layer composition and a construction method thereof.
