Rod Breakaway Preventing Device for Rock Drill
The present invention relates to a rod separation preventing device for a rock drill, installed in an automatic rock drill rod changer which includes: a rod shaft; a rod pocket penetrating the center of the rod shaft and including a plurality of placement grooves; and a rod inserted into the placement grooves of the rod pocket. The present invention comprises: a spring housing installed on a side of the rod pocket; a spring inserted into the spring housing; a hook push pin inserted into the spring housing and receiving elastic force through the spring; and a hook installed on a side of the rod pocket to be able to rotate, and pressurized by the hook push pin to pressurize the outer surface of the rod.
본 발명은 로드샤프트와, 상기 로드샤프트에 중앙이 관통되고 다수의 안착홈이 형성된 로드포켓과, 상기 로드포켓의 안착홈에 끼워진 로드를 포함한 락드릴 오토로드체인저에 설치되는 락드릴용 로드 이탈방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 상기 로드포켓의 일측면에 설치되는 스프링 하우징과; 상기 스프링 하우징 내부에 삽입되는 스프링과; 상기 스프링 하우징에 삽입됨과 아울러 상기 스프링에 의해 탄성력을 제공받는 후크푸쉬핀과; 상기 로드포켓의 일측면에 회동가능하게 설치되고, 상기 후크푸쉬핀에 의해 가압되어 상기 로드의 외측면을 가압하는 후크;로 구성되어, 로드가 로드포켓의 안착홈에서 이탈하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
