The present invention relates to a double safety device of a quick coupler, which automatically prevents arbitrary detachment between an attachment pin and a fixing hook in a process of connecting the quick coupler for connecting an attachment for heavy equipment and an excavator, and enables a locking device to automatically be operated by interworking with operation of a cylinder for sliding a hitch and elastic force of first and second compression springs. The double safety device of a quick coupler in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a quick coupler body mounted on an end part of an excavator arm and a push link; a fixing hook which is arranged on one side of the quick coupler body, and is combined with a first attachment pin; a hitch which is arranged on the other side of the quick coupler body, and is combined with and detached form a second attachment pin in accordance with operation of a hydraulic cylinder; and a locking unit which interworks with operation of the cylinder for operating the hitch, and prevents arbitrary release of a combination between the fixing hook and the first attachment pin by compression elastic force of the first and second compression springs.
본 발명은 중장비용 어태치먼트와 굴삭기를 연결하기 위한 퀵 커플러의 연결과정에서 어태치먼트 핀과 고정훅간의 임의 이탈을 자동으로 방지하도록 함과 아울러, 히치를 슬라이딩 이동시키는 실린더의 동작 및 제1,2압축스프링의 탄성력과 연계 동작되어 자동으로 록킹장치의 동작이 가능하도록 한 퀵 커플러의 2중 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 퀵 커플러의 2중 안전장치는, 굴삭기 암의 단부와 푸시링크에 장착되는 퀵 커플러 바디와, 퀵 커플러 바디의 일측에 마련되고 제 1어태치먼트 핀과 결합되는 고정훅과, 퀵 커플러 바디의 타측에 마련되고 유압 실린더의 동작에 따라 제 2어태치먼트 핀과 결합 및 해제되는 히치와, 히치를 동작시키는 실린더의 동작과 연계 동작되고 제1,2압축스프링의 압축 탄성력에 의해 고정훅과 제 1어태치먼트 핀의 결합상태가 임의로 해제되는 것을 예방하기 위한 록킹수단으로 구성된다.
