The present invention relates to a quick coupler having a safety function, comprising: a main cylinder combined with an arm, extending and contracting by oil pressure from an operating fluid stored in a fluid storage tank; a lever installed in connection with the main cylinder, moving in accordance with an extension and shrinkage of the main cylinder to fixate or release a bucket on or from the arm; an auxiliary cylinder which extends and contracts by the oil pressure of the operating fluid discharged from the main cylinder, extending and contracting together with the main cylinders extension and contraction; and a safety pin combined with the auxiliary cylinder, moving in accordance with the extension and contraction of the auxiliary cylinder to fixate or release the lever. When the main cylinder extends to fixate the bucket on the arm, the safety pin moves to also allow the auxiliary cylinder to extend and protrude from the arm; thereby fixating the lever. The present invention aims to provide a quick coupler with a safety function, capable of preventing a work apparatus for an excavator from easily being disconnected from the arm or boom.
본 발명은 암(Arm)에 결합되고 유체저장탱크에 저장된 작동유체의 유압으로 확장 및 수축하는 주실린더, 상기 주실린더에 연결되게 설치되고 버켓(Bucket)을 상기 암에 고정시키거나 고정을 해제하기 위해 상기 주실린더가 확장 및 수축함에 따라 이동하는 레버, 상기 주실린더에서 배출되는 작동유체의 유압으로 확장 및 수축하고 상기 주실린더가 확장 및 수축함에 따라 함께 확장 및 수축하는 보조실린더, 및 상기 보조실린더에 결합되고 상기 레버를 고정시키거나 고정을 해제하기 위해 상기 보조실린더가 확장 및 수축함에 따라 이동하는 안전핀을 포함하며, 상기 안전핀은 상기 주실린더가 상기 버켓을 상기 암에 고정시키기 위해 확장하면 상기 보조실린더가 함께 확장하여 상기 암으로부터 돌출되게 이동됨으로써 상기 레버를 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전기능이 부가된 퀵 커플러에 관한 것이다.
