Drill Stirrer For Protecting Auger
The present invention relates to a drill agitator for protecting an auger shaft. The inside of an auger shaft is designed as individual supply lines for supplying high pressure water for excavation and cement for agitation into the auger shaft. A high pressure supply line is designed in the auger shaft to prevent attachment of a mud ball between corners of agitation wings. Couplers are disposed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the auger shaft to control a rotational gap of the auger shaft to prevent a rotational gap of the auger shaft in spite of a shearing force transferred to the auger shaft while excavating. The couplers are mounted on a support shaft positioned in the middle of auger shafts.
본 발명은 오거축 보호용 천공교반기에 관한 것으로, 오거축 내부로 공급되는 굴착용 고압수와 교반용 시멘트의 공급에 대하여 오거축 내부를 개별 공급 라인으로 설계하며, 교반날개들의 코너 사이로 달라붙는 머드볼의 부착도 방지하는 고압수 공급 라인까지 오거축 내부에 설계하는 한편, 굴착 진행 과정에서의 오거축으로 전달되는 전단력에도 불구하고 오거축의 회전 유격을 방지하도록, 오거축의 길이 구간 일정 지점마다 오거축의 회전 유격을 제어하기 위한 커플러의 구성, 및 이러한 커플러를 오거축들의 중심에 위치된 지지축에 결합되게 한 구성으로 이루어진 오거축 보호용 천공교반기를 제공하고자 함에 있다.
