Coupler for Drill Stirrer
The present invention relates to a coupler for a drilling agitator, comprising: a housing part inserted in a structure which surrounds a rotary shaft connected to an auger shaft, and reducing rotational flexibility and a rotational load of the rotary shaft; and a tilting part coupled to the center of the outer surface of the housing part on one end and the other end coupled to a support shaft or a bed supporting the auger shaft and allowing a clearance to the auger shaft during pivoting of the auger shaft. The coupler for a drilling agitator can prevent penetration of mixed particles of fine soil and water contained in slurry and a mud ball, thereby maintaining and improving performance of rotation of the auger shaft and preventing damage to the auger shaft.
본 발명은 천공교반기용 커플러에 관한 것으로, 오거축과 연결된 회전축을 감싸는 구조로 삽입한 채 상기 회전축의 회전 유연 및 회전 부하를 감소하는 하우징부, 및 상기 하우징부의 외관 중앙에 일단이 결합되고 타단은 상기 오거축을 지지하는 지지축이나 베드에 결합되어 상기 오거축의 굴진 과정에서 상기 오거축에 대한 유격을 허용하는 틸팅부를 포함하는 구성으로, 슬러리 및 머드볼에 포함된 미세한 흙과 물의 혼합 입자 침투를 차단하여 오거축의 회전 성능 유지 및 향상과 아울러 굴진 과정에서 야기될 수 있는 오거축의 파손도 방지될 수 있는 천공교반기용 커플러를 제공하고자 한다.
