본 발명은 풍력발전기 및 교각 등과 같은 대형 구조물을 위한 토목공사에서 워터제트와 압축공기 및 굴착스크류를 이용하여 지중 또는 해저의 슬라임을 원활하게 제거함으로써 대구경의 기초파일을 시공할 수 있도록 하는 대구경 기초파일 시공을 위한 슬라임 제거장치 및 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 구성 간소화로 경량화 할 수 있으면서도 케이싱 내의 슬라임을 효과적으로 배출하여 대구경 천공이 가능하게 한 대구경 기초파일 시공을 위한 슬라임 제거장치 및 공법을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 지중 또는 해저에 관입하는 케이싱의 상부에 위치되며 하측으로 케이싱의 외주연에 배치되어 케이싱과 결합되는 복수의 하부 클램프가 구비된 도넛 형상의 받침판과; 상기 받침판의 내측으로 설치된 링 형상의 하부레일 및 하부레일에 세워진 수개의 서포트 상측에 고정되는 링 형상의 상부레일과; 상기 받침판의 내측에 위치되며 외연에 하부레일을 따라서 구름운동하는 지지바퀴가 지지대에 고정된 상태로 제공되는 작업발판과; 상기 하부레일과 상부레일을 따라서 구름운동하는 바퀴가 구비되며, 바퀴 중 어느 하나에 동력을 제공하는 모터가 결합된 대차와; 상기 대차에 고정되는 리더와; 상기 리더에 수직방향으로 결합된 수직조절실린더와; 상기 수직조절실린더에 클램핑된 상태로 작업발판을 통해서 케이싱 쪽으로 삽입되어 하강하는 석션파이프와; 상기 석션파이프와 함께 배관되어 석션파이프 하단의 배출호프 내에 압축공기와 워터제트를 공급분사하는 압축공기공급관 및 워터제트공급관과; 상기 석션파이프의 하단에 수평으로 결합된 설치대판과; 상기 설치대판에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 외연에 스크루가 형성되고 축직각방향으로 워터제트를 분사하는 분사노즐이 복수로 형성된 굴착된 굴착로드와; 상기 굴착로드를 회전시키도록 설치대판에 설치한 로드구동모터와; 상기 굴착로드의 상단과 스위벨로 결합되며 받침판 외부에 위치하는 링에 권취되어 워터제트를 공급하는 워터제트공급관을 포함하는 대구경 기초파일 시공을 위한 슬라임 제거장치 및 이를 이용하는 공법을 제공한 것이다.

The slime removal device for the construction of a large-diameter foundation pile comprises: a doughnut-shaped support plate which is located on the top of the casing; a ring-shaped lower rail which is installed on the inner side of the support plate; a ring-shaped upper rail which is fixed to the top of multiple supports vertically positioned on the lower rail; a work plate which is located on the inner side of the support plate; a bogie which has wheels moving along the lower and upper rails; a leader which is fixed to the bogie; a vertical control cylinder which is vertically coupled to the leader; a suction pipe which is inserted into the casing through the work plate to descend; a compressed air and waterjet supply pipe which supplies compressed air and waterjet into a discharge hopper in the bottom end of the suction pipe; an installation plate which is horizontally coupled to the bottom end of the suction pipe; an excavating rod which is installed in the installation plate to be rotated; a rod driving motor which is installed to rotate the excavating rod; and a waterjet supply hose which is coupled to the top end of the excavating rod.
