HINGED TYPE MOVABLE-NOSE CROSSING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING THE SAME
The present invention provides a crossing apparatus provided with a hinge type movable nose, comprising: a cradle provided with wing rails having two tracks which are in contact with wheels of a train to move on and two guide rails formed on the same tracks with the wing rails respectively to be spaced from each other, and including a base plate connecting the wing rails to the guide rails; a movable node block provided on the base plate and connected selectively to the wing rails or the guide rails; and a rotating shaft inserted in a lower part of the movable nose block to be a rotational center of the movable nose block. Moreover, disclosed is a method for repairing a crossing apparatus provided with a hinged type movable nose. The present invention prevents the movable nose block from being complicatedly assembled with various parts, enables the movable nose block to be simply coupled to an upper side of the rotating shaft and to rotate, and reduces steps required for performing exchange work and usage of apparatuses to save the time consumed for installation and exchange.
본 발명의 힌지결합형 가동노즈가 구비된 크로싱 장치는 열차의 차륜이 상부에 접하여 이동하는 두 개의 경로를 지닌 윙레일, 각각의 윙레일과 동일한 경로상에 이격되어 형성되는 두 개의 유도레일이 구비되고 윙레일 및 유도레일을 연결하는 베이스플레이트를 포함하는 크래들, 베이스플레이트에 구비되어 윙레일 및 유도레일을 선택적으로 연결하는 가동노즈블럭 및 가동노즈블럭의 하부로 삽입되어 가동노즈블럭이 회전하는 중심이 되는 회전축을 포함한다. 또한, 힌지결합형 가동노즈가 구비된 크로싱 장치의 보수방법이 개시된다.
