The present invention relates to a cofferdam unit having a precast concrete caisson (PCC) structure, which facilitates the construction work of a cofferdam. The cofferdam unit having a PCC structure comprises: PC blocks which form a well-shaped cofferdam; multiple vertical connection brackets which connect the PC blocks stacked in a vertical direction to each other using fastening units; multiple horizontal connection brackets which connect the PC blocks stacked in a horizontal direction to each other using fastening units; temporary coupling units which temporarily couple the PC blocks stacked in a vertical direction to each other; PC block tensing units which tense the PC blocks stacked in a vertical direction; water cutoff rubbers which are installed on the outer top, bottom, left, and right surfaces of the PC blocks; and subsidence edges which are formed in an arch shape corresponding to the PC blocks.
본 발명은 PCC구조의 가물막이 장치에 관한 것으로, 중공의 PC블록을 수평과 수직으로 상호 연결을 통해 우물통과 같은 형태로 결합한 구조의 가물막이 장치를 구성함으로써 가물막이의 시공과 관련하여 시공작업을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 콘크리트로 축조된 교각기초의 상측에 설치되어 교각 건설시 수위가 상승되어 유입되는 것을 차단하는 가물막이 장치에 있어서, 상하로 관통 형성되는 중공과 양측에 상호 대응하는 요철이 형성되어 원호의 형태로 형성되어지되 수직·수평방향으로 연결되어 우물통 형태의 가물막이를 형성하는 PC블록; PC블록의 상단과 하단 내외측으로 인서트 결합되어 상하의 수직방향으로 적층되는 PC블록을 체결수단을 통해 연결하는 다수의 수직연결용 브라켓; PC블록의 양측단 내외측으로 인서트 결합되어 좌우의 수평방향으로 PC블록을 체결수단을 통해 연결하는 다수의 수평연결용 브라켓; PC블록을 상하로 적층시 상하로 적층된 PC블록을 가결합시키는 PC블록 가결합수단; PC블록을 상하로 적층시 긴장시키는 PC블록 긴장수단; PC블록의 상하좌우 외곽면 상에 설치되어 PC블록의 상하 적층 및 좌우 결합을 통해 원형의 우물통 형태로 조립시 수밀이 이루어도록 하는 차수용 러버; 및 PC블록을 우물통의 형태로 조립시 최하부에 위치하는 PC블록의 하부측에 결합되는 결합플레이트와 결합플레이트 하부로 구성되어 하천 바닥을 파고드는 침설날의 구조로 이루어지되 PC블록에 대응하는 원호의 형태로 형성된 침설용 에지를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a cofferdam unit having a precast concrete caisson (PCC) structure, which facilitates the construction work of a cofferdam. 본 발명은 PCC구조의 가물막이 장치에 관한 것으로, 중공의 PC블록을 수평과 수직으로 상호 연결을 통해 우물통과 같은 형태로 결합한 구조의 가물막이 장치를 구성함으로써 가물막이의 시공과 관련하여 시공작업을 보다 용이하게 할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 콘크리트로 축조된 교각기초의 상측에 설치되어 교각 건설시 수위가 상승되어 유입되는 것을 차단하는 가물막이 장치에 있어서, 상하로 관통 형성되는 중공과 양측에 상호 대응하는 요철이 형성되어 원호의 형태로 형성되어지되 수직·수평방향으로 연결되어 우물통 형태의 가물막이를 형성하는 PC블록; PC블록의 상단과 하단 내외측으로 인서트 결합되어 상하의 수직방향으로 적층되는 PC블록을 체결수단을 통해 연결하는 다수의 수직연결용 브라켓; PC블록의 양측단 내외측으로 인서트 결합되어 좌우의 수평방향으로 PC블록을 체결수단을 통해 연결하는 다수의 수평연결용 브라켓; PC블록을 상하로 적층시 상하로 적층된 PC블록을 가결합시키는 PC블록 가결합수단; PC블록을 상하로 적층시 긴장시키는 PC블록 긴장수단; PC블록의 상하좌우 외곽면 상에 설치되어 PC블록의 상하 적층 및 좌우 결합을 통해 원형의 우물통 형태로 조립시 수밀이 이루어도록 하는 차수용 러버; 및 PC블록을 우물통의 형태로 조립시 최하부에 위치하는 PC블록의 하부측에 결합되는 결합플레이트와 결합플레이트 하부로 구성되어 하천 바닥을 파고드는 침설날의 구조로 이루어지되 PC블록에 대응하는 원호의 형태로 형성된 침설용 에지를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
