INSERTING APPARATUS FOR CONCRETE PACK AND CONTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTURE OF CONCRETE BLOCKS WITH THE SAME AND CONSTRUCTURE OF THE CONCRETE BLOCKS
The present invention relates to a concrete pack insertion apparatus and a concrete block structure building method using the same and a concrete block structure built with the same. By the concrete block structure building method, a plurality of concrete blocks having vertical through holes are produced, the blocks are disposed so as to be stacked, and a concrete block stack having a vertical column groove is built. Then, a concrete pack in which concrete and a rebar part are sealed with a waterproof film is inserted into the vertical column groove and hardened. Then, a fastening concrete column is formed and fastening is performed. According to the present invention, the concrete pack in which the rebar part and the concrete are sealed with the waterproof film is inserted into the vertical column groove, and the fastening concrete column is formed as a result. Possible as a result is underwater building of the same building quality as ground building. Especially, the concrete pack can be produced with ease by means of the concrete pack insertion apparatus, which is configured to include a pipe body and an opening and closing portion provided so as to be openable and closable in the lower end portion of the pipe body. In addition, the produced concrete pack can be easily inserted into the vertical column groove.
본 발명은 콘크리트 팩 삽입장치 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 블록 구조물 시공 방법과 이를 통해 시공된 콘크리트 블록 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 상하방향 관통구가 형성되는 복수의 콘크리트 블록을 제작하고 이를 적층되게 배치하여 상하방향 기둥홈이 형성되는 콘크리트 블록 적층체를 시공한 이후, 상하방향 기둥홈에 방수막으로 콘크리트와 철근부를 밀봉한 콘크리트 팩을 삽입하고 경화시켜 결속용 콘크리트 기둥을 형성함으로 결속이 이루어지게 되는 콘크리트 블록 구조물 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 철근부와 콘크리트를 방수막으로 밀봉한 콘크리트 팩을 상하방향 기둥홈에 삽입하여 결속용 콘크리트 기둥을 형성하게 되므로, 수중에서도 지상에서 시공된 것과 동일한 시공 품질을 갖도록 시공될 수 있다. 특히, 관체와 관체의 하단부에 개폐 가능하게 마련되는 개폐부를 포함하여 이루어지는 콘크리트 팩 삽입장치를 이용하면, 콘크리트 팩을 손쉽게 제작할 수 있으며 제작된 콘크리트 팩을 상하방향 기둥홈에 매우 쉽게 삽입할 수 있다.
