The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mortar composition using a waste wood powder, an eco-friendly mortar containing the same, and an eco-friendly mortar flooring material or a wall manufactured by the same. The eco-friendly mortar composition using the waste wood powder according to the present invention contains: calcium sulfur aluminate; silica sand; a waste wood powder; a cellulose fiber; gypsum; Portland cement; EVA polymer; a water reducing agent; a viscosity agent; a waterproofing agent; a hardening accelerator; a high-range water-reducing agent; and a setting retarder. The eco-friendly mortar composition using the waste wood powder comprises: 20-60 parts by weight of calcium sulfur aluminate; 40-70 parts by weight of silica sand; 5-15 parts by weight of a waste wood powder; 5-10 parts by weight of a cellulose fiber; 5-15 parts by weight of gypsum; 20-35 parts by weight of Portland cement; 5-10 parts by weight of an EVA polymer; 1-3 parts by weight of a water reducing agent; 0.3-1.0 parts by weight of a viscosity agent; 2-5 parts by weight of a waterproofing agent; 2-5 parts by weight of a hardening accelerator; 1-3 parts by weight of a high-range water-reducing agent; and 2-5 parts by weight of a setting retarder. According to the configuration, the eco-friendly mortar is manufactured by recycling the waste wood powder which is a forestry byproduct and mixing the waste wood powder at an optimal mixing ratio, thereby preventing impacts and noise between floors or walls of a building, obtaining nonflammable, insulating, and soundproof functions, forming a pleasant space by preventing dew condensation or a sick house syndrome, and remarkably improving defects of the flooring material or the wall.

본 발명은 폐목분을 이용한 친환경 모르타르 조성물, 이를 포함하는 친환경 모르타르 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 친환경 모르타르 바닥재 또는 벽체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 폐목분을 이용한 친환경 모르타르 조성물은 칼슘설퍼알루미네이트, 규사, 폐목분, 셀룰로스 파이버, 석고, 포틀랜드 시멘트, EVA 폴리머, 감수제, 증점제, 방수제, 경화촉진제, 고유동화제 및 지연제를 포함하되, 상기 칼슘설퍼알루미네이트는 20 내지 60 중량부, 상기 규사는 40 내지 70 중량부, 상기 폐목분은 5 내지 15 중량부, 상기 셀룰로스 파이버는 5 내지 10 중량부, 상기 석고는 5 내지 15 중량부, 상기 포틀랜드 시멘트는 20 내지 35 중량부, 상기 EVA 폴리머는 5 내지 10 중량부, 상기 감수제는 1 내지 3 중량부, 상기 증점제는 0.3 내지 1.0 중량부, 상기 방수제는 2 내지 5 중량부, 상기 경화촉진제는 2 내지 5 중량부, 상기 고유동화제는 1 내지 3 중량부, 상기 지연제는 2 내지 5 중량부 포함된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 임업부산물인 폐목분을 재활용하여 최적의 배합비로 혼합하여 친환경 모르타르를 제조함으로써, 건축물의 층간 또는 벽체의 충격, 소음을 차단함과 아울러 불연성, 단열성, 방음성 기능을 가질 수 있고, 결로현상이나 새집증후군을 예방하여 쾌적인 공간을 조성할 수 있으며, 바닥재 또는 벽체의 하자를 대폭 개선할 수 있다.
