GANG FORM ROTATE FOOTBOARD SYSTEM
Regarding to a lower cage and a lower footboard of a gang form, which enables safe facing work when a section where an outer wall protrudes and a section where the outer wall is set back are repeated during construction of the outer wall of a high-rise building, and repetitive application of a system; the present invention provides a gang form rotation footboard system, comprising: a guide member bracket fixated to a lower cage by bolts and nuts, fixating a guide member to the lower cage; the guide member fixated to the lower cage by the guide member bracket; a footboard bracket fixing member including a guide member insertion hole which passes through the guide member and a bolt insertion hole; a footboard bracket whose one end is fixated to the bolt insertion hole of the footboard bracket fixing member, and the other end fixated to a rotation footboard; and the rotation footboard fixated to the footboard bracket.
본 발명은 고층 건축물의 외벽시공중 외벽이 돌출되는 구간과 셋백되는 구간이 반복될 때 제물치장 작업을 안전하게 할 수 있고, 반복하여 시스템을 적용할 수 있도록 하는 갱폼의 하부 케이지와 하부 발판에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이지에 볼트/너트로 고정되고, 가이드 부재를 상기 하부 케이지에 고정시키는 가이드 부재 브래킷;과 상기 가이드 부재 브래킷에 의해 상기 하부 케이지에 고정되는 상기 가이드 부재;및 상기 가이드 부재를 관통시키는 가이드 부재 삽입구와 볼트 삽입구를 포함하는 발판 브래킷 고정 부재;및 상기 발판 브래킷 고정 부재의 볼트 삽입구에 일단이 고정되고, 타 단은 회전 발판에 고정되는 발판 브래킷;과 상기 발판 브래킷에 고정되는 회전 발판을 포함하는 갱폼 회전 발판 시스템을 제공하는데 있다.
