GANG FORM SAFETY FOOTBOARD SYSTEMS FOR SMOOTHENING CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a lower footing and a lower cage of a gang form, capable of safely performing smoothening construction work, and repetitively applying the system when protruding sections and setback sections repetitively appear on an outer wall of a high-rise building. Provided is a gang form safety footing system for smoothening construction, which includes: a guide member bracket fixed to the lower cage through a bolt/a nut, and fixing a guide member to the lower cage; the guide member fixed to the lower cage through the guide member bracket; a footing bracket fixing member including a bolt insertion hole and a guide member insertion hole, penetrating the guide member; a footing bracket of which end is fixed to the bolt insertion hole of the footing bracket fixing member, and of which the other end is fixed to a safety footing for a setback section; the safety footing for a setback section, fixed to the footing bracket; and a shock absorber connecting a handrail of the gang form and the safety footing for a setback section with each other in order to make convenient the rotation of the safety footing for a setback section.
본 발명은 고층 건축물의 외벽시공중 외벽이 돌출되는 구간과 셋백되는 구간이 반복될 때 견출작업을 안전하게 할 수 있고, 반복하여 시스템을 적용할 수 있도록 하는 갱폼의 하부 케이지와 하부 발판에 있어서, 상기 하부 케이지에 볼트/너트로 고정되고, 가이드 부재를 상기 하부 케이지에 고정시키는 가이드 부재 브래킷;과 상기 가이드 부재 브래킷에 의해 상기 하부 케이지에 고정되는 상기 가이드 부재;및 상기 가이드 부재를 관통시키는 가이드 부재 삽입구와 볼트 삽입구를 포함하는 발판 브래킷 고정 부재;및 상기 발판 브래킷 고정 부재의 볼트 삽입구에 일단이 고정되고, 타 단은 세백 구간용 안전발판에 고정되는 발판 브래킷;과 상기 발판 브래킷에 고정되는 셋백 구간용 안전발판;및 상기 셋백 구간용 안전발판의 회동을 편리하게 하기 위해 상기 셋백 구간용 안전발판과 갱폼의 핸드레일을 상호 연결 고정하는 쇼크업소버;를 포함하는 견출용 갱폼 안전발판 시스템을 제공하는데 있다.
