THERMAL BARRIER ANTISTATIC AND SELF-HEALING ARTIFICAL LAWN FILLING CHIPS AND MANUFACTURING MEHTOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an artificial turf filling material and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a self-healing type artificial turf filling material with heat blocking properties and antistatic properties and a manufacturing method thereof. An artificial turf filling coating chip according to the present invention is the self-healing type artificial turf filling material for heat blocking and preventing electrification characterized by a fact that a binder coating layer containing 0.1-10 wt% of a thermal barrier, 0.1-10 wt% of an antistatic agent, and 0.1-10 wt% of self-healing capsules is formed on a surface of a regenerated or a new rubber chip. The artificial turf filling material according to the present invention is formed into a chip form including the capsules receiving self-heating substances therein on the surface coating layer, thereby preventing an exposure of internal rubber materials due to damage to the coating layer or the separation of the coating layer caused by a mixture of the thermal barrier and the antistatic agent. In addition, the artificial turf filling material is able to improve the durability of the coating chips by a recovery through surface healing.
본 발명은 인조잔디 충진재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 차열 및 대전 방지성을 가지는 자가 치유형 인조잔디 충진재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인조 잔디 충진용 코팅칩은 재생 또는 신재 고무칩의 표면에, 차열제 0.1~10 중량, 대전 방지제 0.1~10 중량% 및 자가 치유성 캡슐 0.1~10 중량%를 포함하는 바인더 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차열 및 대전 방지용 자가치유성 인조잔디 충진재이다. 본 발명에 따른 인조잔디용 충진재는 칩형태로 표면 코팅층에 내부에 자가 치유 물질이 들어 있는 캡슐들이 포함되어 있어, 차열재와 대전 방지제의 혼입으로 인한 코팅층의 파손 또는 박리에 의한 내부 고무의 노출을 막아주게 된다. 또한, 표면 치유를 통한 복구에 의해서 코팅칩의 내구 연한을 늘려줄 수 있게 된다.
