The present invention relates to a coating chip for an artificial turf filling operation having thermal barrier characteristics and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a new coating chip for an artificial turf filling operation having thermal barrier characteristics against infrared rays and ultraviolet rays; and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the thermal barrier artificial turf filler provided by the present invention comprises: a step of forming infrared rays heat barrier coating layer including consisting of 0.5-5 parts by weight of expandable graphite, 0.5-1 parts by weight of hydrophilic fiber, 0.5-1 parts by weight of biodegradable fiber, and 10-20 parts by weight of polyurethane binder mixture on 100 parts by weight of a rubber chip on a surface of a regenerative or a new rubber chip; and a step of forming ultraviolet rays thermal barrier coating layer including 0.5-1 parts by weight of hydrophilic fiber, 0.5-1 parts by weight of biodegradable fiber, 0.1-1 parts by weight of sunscreen, and 10-20 parts by weight of polyurethane binder mixture on 100 parts by weight of the rubber chip.
본 발명은 차열 특성을 가지는 인조잔디 충진용 코팅칩 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 적외선과 자외선에 대한 차열 특성을 가지는 새로운 인조 잔디 충진용 코팅칩 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 재생 또는 신재 고무칩의 표면에, 고무칩 100 중량부에 대해서 팽창성 흑연 0.5~5 중량부와 친수성 섬유 0.5~1 중량부, 생분해성 섬유 0.5~1 중량부 및 폴리우레탄 바인더 혼합물 10~20 중량부로 이루어진 적외선 차열 코팅층을 형성하는 단계와; 및 고무칩 100 중량부에 대해서 친수성 섬유 0.5~1 중량부와, 생분해성 섬유 0.5~1 중량부, 자외선 차단제 0.1~1 중량부 및 폴리우레탄 바인더 혼합물 10~20 중량부로 이루어진 자외선 차열 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 차열 인조 잔디 충진재 제조 방법을 제공한다
