Molding device of fall-type concrete water Channel
The present invention relates to a device for molding a fall-type concrete water channel capable of molding the fall-type water channel to be integrated, wherein the fall-type water channel has a falling unit on both longitudinal ends of a container-type water channel which is a huge structure formed into a rectangular pipe shape. Namely, the device for molding the fall-type concrete water channel is composed of an outer mold and an inner mold to form the fall-type concrete water channel. The outer mold includes: a support frame forming a bottom surface; lateral walls of which lower parts are connected and supported to both sides of the support frame by hinges; and front and rear outer supporting plates installed in front and rear ends of the support frame and forming outer walls in both longitudinal ends of the water channel. The inner mold includes: upper and lower frame bodies divided into upper and lower parts, mutually joined in a transverse direction, and having upper and lower support wall forming units separately; a molding support plate covering an upper part of the lower support wall forming unit forming the lower frame body; and a coupling support plate enabling the upper and lower frame bodies to be attached and detached.
본 발명은 대형구조물에 해당되고 사각관체로 된 통형 수로관의 길이방향 양단부에 낙차부를 구성하는 낙차형 수로관을 일체로 성형할 수 있도록 한 낙차형 콘크리트 수로관 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 외부형틀과 내부형틀로 구비되어 낙차형 콘크리트 수로관을 성형할 수 있도록 하되 상기 외부형틀은; 바닥면을 이루는 받침프레임과, 상기 받침프레임의 양측에 하단이 힌지로 연결 지지되어 있는 측벽판과, 상기 받침프레임의 전,후방 끝단에 설치되어 수로관의 길이방향 양단 외벽을 구성하는 전,후방 외부지지판을 포함하고,상기 내부형틀은;상하 분리되어 횡방향으로 상호 결합되고 상,하부 받침벽성형부를 각각 구비한 상,하부틀체와, 상기 하부틀체를 구성하는 하부 받침벽성형부의 상측에 씌워지는 성형지지판과, 상기 상,하부틀체가 탈착될 수 있도록 하는 체결지지판을 포함하여 구성되는 낙차형 콘크리트 수로관 성형장치를 특징으로 한다.
