BUOYANT BODY CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR MARINE BUOYANCY STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a method to construct a buoyant body for a marine buoyancy structure, to stably construct a large marine buoyancy structure on the sea, so as to provide an economical and stable construction method. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: (a) manufacturing a temporary segment buoyant body having a ballast function and integrally projecting out a site deposition concrete connection member on an upper surface, and connecting and assembling the temporary segment buoyant body on the sea to install a temporary assembly buoyant body; (b) depositing concrete in order to make the site deposit concrete connection member buried inside a mold installed in an outer periphery of the temporary assembly buoyant body, so as to form a site deposit base plate integrated with the temporary assembly buoyant body; and (c) constructing a marine buoyancy structure (B) on an upper surface of the site deposit base plate integrated with the temporary assembly buoyant body.
대형 해상부유구조물을 안정적으로 해상에서 시공할 수 있어 보다 경제적이며 안정적인 해상부유구조물용 부력체 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 시공방법은 (a) 밸러스트 기능을 가지며 상면에 현장타설콘크리트 연결재가 일체로 돌출 형성된 세그먼트 가설부력체를 제작하고, 해상에서 상기 세그먼트 가설부력체를 연결 조립하여 조립가설부력체를 설치하는 단계; (b) 상기 조립가설부력체 외곽에 설치된 거푸집 내부에 현장타설콘크리트 연결재가 매립되도록 콘크리트를 타설하여 조립가설부력체와 일체화된 현장타설기초판을 형성시키는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 조립가설부력체와 일체화된 현장타설기초판 상면에 해상부유구조물(B)을 시공하는 단계;를 포함한다.
