The present invention relates to a buoyant body having an improved restoring force and structural stability, and a marine buoyant floating structure using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a buoyant body capable of increasing structural stability and forming a restoring force since buoyant bodies having a high self-weight value capable of forming a center of gravity in a plurality of buoyant pipes are installed at a predetermined interval, whereby the marine buoyant floating structure maintains balance against external forces such as typhoon, wind and waves, and a marine buoyant floating structure using the same.
