A marine mobile lift is disclosed. The marine mobile lift comprises: a hoist winch in which a wire rope is wound in multiple layers; and a rotation guide roller rotated at a predetermined angle in accordance with a change in a layer in which the wire rope is wound in the hoist winch while guiding the wire rope which is wound in or disengaged from the hoist winch.
