Pelletized Anti-Stripping Agent Containing Warm-Mix Asphalt Additive Composition Manufacturing Method
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pelletized anti-stripping agent composition for warm-mix asphalt that can be directly put into an asphalt plant, is capable of improving moisture resistance for dealing with stripping and potholes, and having a warm-mix function. The present invention includes: a liquid emulsion product manufacturing step in which a liquid emulsion product is produced by the mixing of wax, vegetable oil, mineral oil, surfactant, and water at a predetermined ratio in a liquid emulsion product manufacturing unit; a slaked lime mixing step in which the liquid emulsion product manufactured in the liquid emulsion product manufacturing unit is transferred to a slaked lime mixing unit and a slaked lime mixture is produced by the mixing of the liquid emulsion product with slaked lime at a predetermined ratio; an extrusion step in which the slaked lime mixture produced in the slaked lime mixing unit is transferred to an extrusion unit and a strand is produced by means of extrusion into a pellet form; and a strand cutting step in which the strand produced in the extrusion unit is transferred to a strand cutting unit and cutting is performed for pelletized anti-stripping agent production.
본 발명은 아스팔트 플랜트에 직접 투입 가능하며, 박리 및 포트홀에 대비하기 위해 수분에 대한 저항성을 향상시키며, 중온화 기능을 가미한 중온화 펠렛형 아스팔트용 박리방지제 조성물 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 액상유화제품제조부에서 왁스, 식물성 유지, 광유, 계면활성제 및 물을 기 설정된 비율로 혼합하여 액상 유화 제품을 제조하는 액상 유화 제품 제조 단계; 소석회혼합부에서 상기 액상유화제품제조부에서 제조한 액상 유화 제품을 전달받아 소석회와 기 설정된 비율로 혼합하여 소석회 혼합물을 제조하는 소석회 혼합 단계; 압출부에서 상기 소석회혼합부에서 제조한 소석회 혼합물을 전달받아 펠렛형으로 압출하여 스트랜드를 제조하는 압출 단계; 및 스트랜드절단부에서 상기 압출부에서 제조한 스트랜드를 전달받아 절단하여 펠렛형 박리방지제를 제조하는 스트랜드 절단 단계를 포함한다.
