Method for manufacturing fixing bracket of sound proof plate
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a soundproof plate fixing bracket using a soundproof plate manufacturing device comprising: a turntable; a placement bed arranged on an upper edge of the turntable in a circumferential direction to place a workpiece; and a processing part placed on the placement bed to process a washer and a fixing cap, transferred with the placement bed, through the rotation of each turntable. More specifically, the manufacturing method comprises: a first step of placing the fixing cap in the placement bed, placed on the turntable, through a fixing cap supply part; a second step of placing the washer in the fixing cap, placed in the placement bed transferred by the rotation of the turntable, through a washer supply part after the first step; a third step of combining the washer with the fixing cap by bending an end of the fixing cap, placed on the placement bed transferred by rotation of the turntable, through a mold of a bending part after the second step; and a third step of discharging a completed product, including the washer and the fixing cap in the placement bed through a discharge part after the third step. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing accidents as well as improve an efficiency of work such as a reduction of manufacturing costs with easy mass production by automating a process to combine the fixing cap and the washer of the soundproof plate fixing bracket.
본 발명은 턴테이블과, 상기 턴테이블의 상면 가장자리에 원주방향으로 일정간격 되게 배열되어 가공물이 안착되는 안착베드와, 상기 안착베드의 상부에 안착되어 각각 턴테이블의 회전에 의해 안착베드와 함께 이송되어진 가공물인 고정캡과 와셔를 가공하는 가공부로 이루어진 방음판 고정브라켓 제조방치를 이용한 방음판 고정브라켓 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 턴테이블에 안착된 안착베드에 고정캡 공급부를 통해 고정캡을 안착시키는 1단계; 상기 1단계 공정 후, 턴테이블의 회전에 이송되어온 안착베드에 안착된 고정캡에 와셔 공급부를 통해 와셔를 안착시키는 2단계; 상기 2단계 공정 후, 턴테이블의 회전에 이송되어온 안착베드에 안착된 고정캡의 단부를 절곡부의 금형으로 절곡시켜 고정캡과 와셔를 결속하는 3단계; 상기 3단계 공정 후, 턴테이블의 회전에 이송되어온 안착베드에 안착된 고정캡과 와셔로 이루어진 완제품을 배출부를 통해 배출시키는 4단계;공정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방음판 고정브라켓 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 방음판 고정브라켓의 와셔와 고정캡이 결합되는 프로세스를 자동화하여, 대량생산이 용이하여 제조원가를 절감시키는 등 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 안전사고를 예방하는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a soundproof plate fixing bracket using a soundproof plate manufacturing device comprising: a turntable; a placement bed arranged on an upper edge of the turntable in a circumferential direction to place a workpiece; and a processing part placed on the placement bed to process a washer and a fixing cap, transferred with the placement bed, through the rotation of each turntable. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing accidents as well as improve an efficiency of work such as a reduction of manufacturing costs with easy mass production by automating a process to combine the fixing cap and the washer of the soundproof plate fixing bracket.
본 발명은 턴테이블과, 상기 턴테이블의 상면 가장자리에 원주방향으로 일정간격 되게 배열되어 가공물이 안착되는 안착베드와, 상기 안착베드의 상부에 안착되어 각각 턴테이블의 회전에 의해 안착베드와 함께 이송되어진 가공물인 고정캡과 와셔를 가공하는 가공부로 이루어진 방음판 고정브라켓 제조방치를 이용한 방음판 고정브라켓 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 턴테이블에 안착된 안착베드에 고정캡 공급부를 통해 고정캡을 안착시키는 1단계; 상기 1단계 공정 후, 턴테이블의 회전에 이송되어온 안착베드에 안착된 고정캡에 와셔 공급부를 통해 와셔를 안착시키는 2단계; 상기 2단계 공정 후, 턴테이블의 회전에 이송되어온 안착베드에 안착된 고정캡의 단부를 절곡부의 금형으로 절곡시켜 고정캡과 와셔를 결속하는 3단계; 상기 3단계 공정 후, 턴테이블의 회전에 이송되어온 안착베드에 안착된 고정캡과 와셔로 이루어진 완제품을 배출부를 통해 배출시키는 4단계;공정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방음판 고정브라켓 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 방음판 고정브라켓의 와셔와 고정캡이 결합되는 프로세스를 자동화하여, 대량생산이 용이하여 제조원가를 절감시키는 등 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 안전사고를 예방하는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
