The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a soundproof plate fixing bracket, comprising a turntable, receipt beds radially arranged at regular intervals on the border of the top surface of the turntable to receive workpieces, and a processing part placed on each of the receipt beds to process a fixing cap and a washer which are the workpieces conveyed together with the receipt beds. The processing part includes a fixing cap supply unit placing the fixing cap on the receipt bed of the turntable, a washer supply unit placing the washer on a stepped portion formed on the inner circumference of the fixing cap, a bending unit bending, inward, the edge where the washer is placed to combine the fixing cap and the washer, and a discharge unit discharging a finished product. The fixing supply unit, the washer supply unit, the bending unit, and the discharge unit are sequentially installed in a direction in which the turntable rotates. The apparatus according to the present invention automates a process of combining the fixing cap and the washer of the soundproof plate-fixing bracket, thus facilitating mass production. As a result, production costs are reduced, work efficiency is improved, and accidents may be prevented.
본 발명은 턴테이블과, 상기 턴테이블의 상면 가장자리에 원주방향으로 일정간격 되게 배열되어 가공물이 안착되는 안착베드와, 상기 안착베드의 상부에 안착되어 각각 턴테이블의 회전에 의해 안착베드와 함께 이송되어진 가공물인 고정캡과 와셔를 가공하는 가공부로 이루어진 방음판 고정브라켓 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 가공부는 고정캡을 턴테이블의 안착베드에 안착시키는 고정캡 공급부와, 상기 고정캡의 내주연에 형성된 단턱의 상면에 와셔를 안착시키는 와셔공급부와, 상기 와셔가 안착된 고정캡의 가장자리를 내측방향으로 절곡하여 고정캡과 와셔를 결합시키는 절곡부와, 완제품을 배출시키는 배출부로 이루어지되, 상기 고정캡 공급부와, 와셔 공급부와, 절곡부, 배출부는 턴테이블이 회전되는 방향으로 순차적으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음판 고정브라켓 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 방음판 고정브라켓의 와셔와 고정캡이 결합되는 프로세스를 자동화하여, 대량생산이 용이하여 제조원가를 절감시키는 등 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 안전사고를 예방하는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
