HYBRID WALL PANEL STRUCTURE FOR UNIT BATHROOM
The present invention relates to a construction structure of a hybrid wall panel for a prefabricated bathroom, which is to reduce construction time in accordance with bathroom construction as every connection part of a panel is finished to have molding as a large panel of a composite ultralight material and an insulation composite panel are applied to the inside of a bathroom and to form a wall and a ceiling in a bathroom so that a whole structure of the bathroom with insulation is efficiently constructed. The construction structure of the hybrid wall panel for a prefabricated bathroom includes: a wall panel unit comprising a base board layer formed of a calcium carbonated component as a raw material and a PVC component and bonded along a wall on a bathroom side, and a surface sheet layer bonded on the surface on one side of the base board layer; a ceiling panel unit comprising an inner board layer assembled to correspond to the bathroom ceiling and forming the inner surface to correspond to the ceiling surface, an outer board layer forming the outer surface at intervals on the inner board layer, and a foam insulation layer foaming and filling between the inner board layer and the outer board layer; and a connection molding unit including a wall panel molding connecting and fixing the wall panel units and a ceiling panel molding to connect and fix the wall panel unit to the ceiling panel unit.
본 발명은 욕실 내에 복합 초경량 소재의 대형판넬 및 단열 복합판넬을 적용하면서 판넬의 연결부위마다 몰딩 마감하여 욕실공사에 따른 시공시간을 단축함은 물론 단열성이 확보된 욕실의 전체적인 구조를 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 욕실 내 벽면에 측벽 및 천정의 벽체를 이루도록 조립 시공되는 욕실용 벽판넬 시공구조에 있어서, 욕실 측 벽면을 따라 접착 설치되되 PVC성분에 CC(calcium carbonated)성분을 원료로 사용하여 구비되는 베이스보드층과, 상기 베이스보드층의 한쪽 표면에 접착 형성된 표면시트층으로 구성하는 측벽판넬부와; 욕실 천정에 대응하여 조립 설치되되 천정 벽면에 대응하여 내면을 형성하는 내부보드층 및 상기 내부보드층에 간격을 두고 외부 표면을 형성하는 외부보드층을 구비하고, 상기 내부보드층 및 상기 외부보드층의 사이에 발포 충진하여 형성된 발포단열층으로 구성하는 천정판넬부와; 상기 측벽판넬부 간에 상호 연결 고정하는 측벽판넬몰딩을 구비하고, 상기 측벽판넬부와 상기 천정판넬부 간에 상호 연결 고정하기 위한 천정판넬몰딩를 구비토록 구성하는 연결몰딩부;를 포함하는 조립식 욕실용 하이브리드 벽판넬 시공구조를 제공한다.
