CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF BATHROOM WALL PANEL
To secure water cutoff performance without a wall mall, and to improve design and assembling strength by installing two mutually connected wall panels in a connection structure of mutually attracting force acting on connection ends.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of bathroom wall panels connecting first and second wall panels 5, 6 with each other by engaging a connection material 16 with a rear face over the first and second wall panels 5, 6, the connection material 16 comprises an inside connection material 17 superposed in the inward and outward directions of the bathroom and an outside connection material 18 engaged with the inside connection material 17. Multiple protrusions 25 are provided on deformation parts 26 of the inside connection material 17 with intervals in the vertical direction. By the deformation of the protrusions 25 by abutting on an inner wall face of the outside connection material 18, wall abutting parts 24 of the inside connection material 17 abut on the first and second wall panels 5, 6, to thereby connect the first and second wall panels 5, 6 with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】互いに連結される二枚の壁パネルを、その接続端において互いに寄せ合う力が作用するような接続構造とすることで、壁モールなしでも止水性を確保し、意匠性を向上するとともに、組み付け強度の向上を図る。【解決手段】第１および第２の壁パネル５、６に渡って連結材１６が背面に嵌合し、壁パネル５、６同士を連結する浴室用の壁パネルの接続構造において、連結材１６は、浴室内外方向に重ねられる内側連結材１７と、内側連結材１７に嵌合する外側連結材１８から成り、内側連結材１７の変形部２６には上下方向に間隔をおいて複数の突起部２５が設けられており、突起部２５が外側連結材１８の内壁面の当接して変形することで内側連結材１７の壁当接部２４が第１および第２の壁パネル５、６に当接し、第１および第２の壁パネル５、６同士を連結する。【選択図】図７
