The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mortar composition for repairing a concrete structure, comprising 3 to 85 wt% of a bonding material, 5 to 95 wt% of fine aggregate, 0.01 to 20 wt% of a function improvement admixture, and 0.01 to 15 wt% of water, and to a repairing method of a concrete structure using the same, wherein the bonding material includes 15 to 90 wt% of high-early-strength Portland cement, 5 to 50 wt% of a blast furnace slag powder, 1 to 20 wt% of calcium alumina cement, 1 to 20 wt% of magnesium sulfoaluminate, 1 to 20 wt% of desulfurized gypsum, 0.01 to 15 wt% of cocos fibers, 0.01 to 15 wt% of magnesium carbonate, 0.01 to 15 wt% of kaolinite, 0.01 to 10 wt% of potassium hydroxide, and 0.001 to 10 wt% of a retarding agent. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly mortar composition for repairing a concrete structure has excellent strength, durability, and especially resistance to acid and salt damage, thereby preventing corrosion of concrete due to chemical erosion of sewage pipes, manhole and associated underground structure, a water stop structure, marine time concrete structure, floor or chemical plant, concrete structures in a poor environment, and the like, and accordingly, specifically reducing maintenance costs used for the same.
본 발명은, 결합재 3∼85중량%, 잔골재 5∼95중량%, 기능 개선 혼화제 0.01∼20중량% 및 물 0.01∼15중량%를 포함하며, 상기 결합재는, 조강 포틀랜드 시멘트 15∼90중량%, 고로슬래그 분말 5∼50중량%, 칼슘알루미나시멘트 1~20중량%, 마그네슘설포알루미네이트 1∼20중량%, 탈황석고 1∼20중량%, 코코스 섬유 0.01∼15중량%, 탄산마그네슘 0.01∼15중량%, 카올리나이트 0.01∼15중량%, 수산화칼륨 0.01~10중량% 및 지연제 0.001∼10중량%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 친환경 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 강도 및 내구성, 특히 내산 및 내염해성이 우수하여 하수관거, 맨홀 및 관련 지하구조물, 지수구조물, 지중구조물, 해양콘크리트 구조물, 화학공장 바닥, 열악한 환경하의 콘크리트 구조물 등의 화학적 침식으로 인한 콘크리트 부식을 방지할 수 있어 이에 사용되는 유지관리 비용을 현저히 절감할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
