According to the present invention, an inner mold having the same shape as the shape of the inside of a wall is disposed, and a stainless layer is formed by compactly welding a stainless pipe and a stainless plate in the outside of the inner cast frame. Outer molds are disposed, and each of the outer molds has a coupling hole forming unit having a pipe-shaped empty inside with the same diameter as that of a coupling pipe to accommodate the stainless layer protruding to the inside of the coupling pipe therein. The outer molds are closely placed in both sides of the stainless layer to be coupled with each other. Then, concrete is fed to constitute a wall. When the wall is completely formed, the outer molds are removed. An adhesive layer is coated on the top surface of the wall, and a seating frame having a support frame installed thereon is put to attach and integrate the seating frame and the wall. The coupling pipe is inserted in the coupling hole formed in the wall.
본 발명은 벽체 내부의 형상과 동일한 형상으로 형성된 내부거푸집을 구비하고, 상기 내부조조틀의 외부에 스테인레스 관체와 스테인레스 판을 빈틈없이 용접하여 스테인레스 층을 형성하고, 결합관과 동일한 직경을 가지며 내부가 파이프 형태로 비어있어 결합관의 내부로 돌출되는 스테인레스 층을 내부로 수용할 수 있도록 하는 결합홀형성부가 형성된 외부거푸집을 스테인레스 층의 양측에서 밀착시킨 후 상기 외부거푸집을 상호 결합하고 콘크리트를 투입하여 벽체를 형성하며, 벽체의 형성이 완료되면 외부거푸집을 제거하고, 벽체의 상부면에 접착층을 도포한 뒤 받침틀이 설치된 안착틀을 얹어 안착틀과 벽체를 접착하여 일체화하고, 벽체에 형성된 결합홀에 결합관의 내측으로 삽입하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
