Vibration control damper for Lintel Beam Type
The present invention relates to a vibration control damper in a lintel beam form. More specifically, the vibration control damper is easily constructed, cuts off air, and reduces a number of materials required thereof; thereby enhancing both cost-efficiency and construction properties. According to the present invention, the configuration of the vibration control damper comprises: a damper body (10) which has a plate-shaped notch groove (11) formed on a center to resist and be broken in case of an earthquake; support plates (20) individually arranged on both an upper and a lower part of the damper body (10); a damper stirrup unit (30) embedded in slabs while being fitted into both sides of the damper body (10) and the support plates (20); and damper covers (40, 41, 42, 43) which surround a circumference of the support plates (20) in contact with both the upper and lower parts of the damper body (10). The vibration control damper also additionally comprises: a separate steel plate (50) detachably coupled to both upper sides of the support plates (20) by a clip member, separating concrete while being in a vertical position against the clip member (51); and shielding plates (60) installed to block the damper body (10) and the side damper covers (42, 43) from each other. A damper chain bar (70) is additionally installed in the damper stirrup unit (30) to convey and reinforce the coupling force of the slabs.
본 발명은 인방형 제진댐퍼에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 시공이 단순하여 공기를 단축시키고, 물량을 절감하여 경제성과 시공성을 모두 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다.본 발명의 구성은, 중앙에 노치홈(11)이 형성되어 지진 발생시 저항하다가 파괴되는 판 형상의 댐퍼본체(10)와, 이 댐퍼본체(10)의 상부와 하부 양쪽에 각각 위치되는 지지판(20)들과, 상기 댐퍼본체(10)와 지지판(20)의 양쪽으로 끼워진 상태로 슬래브에 매립되는 댐퍼 스트럽(30)과, 상기 댐퍼본체(10)의 상하부 양쪽에 접촉되는 지지판(20)들의 둘레를 감싸는 댐퍼덮개(40)(41)(42)(43)들로 이루어지는 것에 있어서, 상기 지지판(20)의 상부 양쪽에 클립부재(51)에 의해 착탈 가능하게 체결되며, 수직하게 클립부재(51)로부터 세워져 콘크리트를 분리시키는 분리철판(50)과, 상기 댐퍼본체(10)와 측면 댐퍼덮개(42)(43) 사이를 가로 막도록 설치되는 차단판(60)들로 구성되며, 상기 댐퍼 스트럽(30)에는 운반과 스래브에 체결력을 강화시키는 댐퍼 체인바(70)가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
