MANHOLE COVER FRAME WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention provides a manhole cover frame waterproofing structure and a construction method thereof. The manhole cover frame waterproofing structure is applied to manhole cover frame height adjustment repair construction or new installation construction for a manhole for electric communication, a sewage manhole, or gas line manholes requiring waterproofness, and comprises a customized initial resin pipe which has an extra height to be cut according to a premeasured use height in a manhole to be constructed from a customized initial resin pipe material for a manhole filling layer waterproof member by rolling a waterproof synthetic resin plate of a prescribed thickness into a circular or a rectangular pipe shape, and is cut into a customized initial resin pipe of a prescribed length. An upper end of the customized initial resin pipe is cut according to an installation height of a manhole cover frame to be installed to form a customized waterproof pipe. A waterproof sealing means is disposed on an upper and a lower end of the customized waterproof pipe to fix the customized waterproof pipe on an upper surface of a manhole body by a waterproof structure. The manhole cover frame is seated by the waterproof structure. Then rapid hardening mortar is installed and cured from the upper surface of the manhole body to a height to cover an outer surface of a waterproof support pipe and a lower flange of the seated manhole cover frame.
방수성이 요구되는 전기 통신용 맨홀 또는 오수 맨홀 또는 도시가스 맨홀들에 대하여, 맨홀 철개 높이 조절 보수공사 또는 신설 공사에 적용하는 것으로서, 소정 두께의 방수성 합성수지판재를 원통 또는 사각 관형으로 말아서 맨홀 채움층 방수부재용 맞춤형 초벌 수지관 모재로부터, 시공할 대상 맨홀에서 미리 측정된 사용높이에 맞추어 절삭할 여유 높이를 갖고 소정 길이의 맞춤형 초벌 수지관으로 재단되는 맞춤형 초벌 수지관과; 이 맞춤형 초벌 수지관의 상단부를 설치될 맨홀 철개의 설치높이에 맞추어 절단시켜 맞춤형 방수관으로 형성하여서; 이 맞춤형 방수관의 상하단에 방수 씰링수단을 개재하여 맨홀 본체 상면에 방수구조로 고정시겨서 맨홀 철개를 방수구조로 안착시킨 후에, 맨홀 본체 상면에서 상기 방수 지지관의 외측면과 안착된 맨홀 철개의 하단 플랜지를 덮어 씌우는 높이까지에 걸쳐서 초속경 몰탈을 시공 양생함을 특징으로 하는 맨홀 철개 방수구조와 그 시공공법을 제공한다.
