PHC Construction method of permanent wall with retaining wall combined PHC pile and steel pipe
The present invention provides a construction method of a permanent wall usable as a retaining wall in which a PHC pile and a steel pipe pile are combined, wherein an economical permanent wall is able to be constructed and a degree of independence of a retaining wall being able to be improved. Moreover, when constructing a wall, concrete is able to stably be deposited and constructed; and when installing a furring strip, damage to the PHC pile is able to be prevented. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the construction method comprises: (a) a step of constructing a drilling hole in a line; (b) a step of embedding at least three PHC piles, and one steel pipe pile in the drilling hole; (c) a step of constructing a waterproof barrier in a retaining wall; (d) a step of building a concrete cap beam; (e) a step of connecting a strut to a furring strip; (f) a step of constructing a floor slab; (g) a step of installing a wall mold; (h) a step of constructing a wall (101); and (i) a step of building a permanent wall of an underground structure.
본 발명은 경제적인 영구 벽체의 시공이 가능하고, 흙막이 벽체의 자립도를 증대시키며, 벽체의 시공시 안정된 콘크리트의 타설 시공이 가능하고, 띠장의 설치시 PHC 파일의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 PHC 파일과 강관 파일을 혼용한 흙막이 겸 영구벽체의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, (a) 흙막이 벽체가 형성될 위치에 일정 깊이로 지반에 천공을 실시하여 천공홀을 일열로 시공하는 단계와; (b) 3개 이상의 PHC 파일과 1개의 강관 파일을 천공홀의 배열 방향을 따라 반복하여가면서 상기 천공홀에 근입시켜 놓는 단계와; (c) PHC 파일과 강관 파일이 연접되어 있는 배면에서부터 전면까지 차수재로 그라우팅을 실시하여 흙막이 벽체에 차수를 시공하는 단계와; (d) PHC 파일과 강관 파일의 두부를 동일 높이를 갖도록 절단 정리한 후 콘크리트 캡 빔을 구축하는 단계와; (e) 터파기의 목표 깊이 도달까지 PHC 파일과 강관 파일의 전면에서 단계 굴착을 하방으로 반복 실시하면서 각 굴착 단계마다 PHC 파일에 띠장 브라켓을 설치 한 후 띠장을 띠장 브라켓에 거치시켜 놓고 스트러트를 띠장에 연결시켜 놓는 단계와; (f) 터파기의 바닥면에 일정한 두께로 콘크리트를 타설하여 바닥 슬래브를 시공하는 단계와; (g) 바닥 슬래브에서 상기 PHC 파일에 일정 간격을 두고 벽체 거푸집을 1단계로 수직 배치한 후 거푸집 앵커 조립체를 PHC 파일에 체결시켜 벽체 거푸집을 설치하는 단계와; (h) 벽체 거푸집과 흙막이 벽체의 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하여 1단계의 벽체(101)를 시공하는 단계와; (i) 지하 높이까지 상기 (g),(h)단계를 상방으로 순차적으로 반복하여 지하 구조물의 영구벽체를 구축하는 단계;를 포함하여 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
