The present invention relates to an insulation spacer bar for multi-layer glass. More specifically, the present invention provides the insulation spacer bar for multi-layer glass, comprising: an inner spacer bar formed by bending an aluminum plate material at multiple stages; and an outer spacer bar formed by extrusion-molding a synthetic resin. An extrusion mold penetrated by the inner spacer bar manufactured by a foaming machine is installed in the insulation spacer bar to enable the outer spacer bar to be extrusion-molded while the inner spacer bar passes through the extrusion mold. The outer spacer bar is integrally bonded to the inner spacer bar to improve insulation efficiency.
본 발명은 복층유리용 간봉에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미늄 판재를 다단계로 절곡하여 이루어지는 내측간봉과, 합성수지를 압출 성형하여 이루어진 외측간봉으로 이루어지되, 포밍기에서 만들어지는 내측간봉이 관통할 수 있는 압출금형이 설치되어, 내측간봉이 압출금형을 통과하는 동안에 외측간봉이 압출 성형 되어 내측간봉에 일체로 접합 되어 단열효율이 향상된 복층유리용 단열간봉을 제공하는 것이다.
