The present invention relates to an insulation spacer and, more specifically, relates to an insulation spacer for a multi-layer glass and a method to manufacture the same. The insulation spacer for the multi-layer glass manufactures a spacer having a coupling protrusion unit by bending an aluminum plate in a plurality of steps, using a predetermined forming roller; and inserts and attaches the coupling protrusion unit of the spacer into a coupling groove of an insulation member formed by extruding a predetermined plastic material. As such, the insulation spacer is capable of enhancing an efficiency of insulation and increase a quality of a product by increasing a bonding strength between a spacer and an insulation member without using an adhesive or the like.
