The present invention relates to a dust removing machine with a rake and apron protection function, capable of stably preventing damage to a rake and an apron by preventing a central part of the rake from falling or drooping while preventing interference between the surface of the apron and the rear end of the rake regardless of the quantity of filtered impurities by installing a guide bar, protruding from the upper surface of a connection piece connecting and fixing a plurality of aprons, and installing a guide roller, touching the guide bar, in a front lower part of a rake groove dented at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the rear end of the rake. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the dust removing machine comprises a pair of frames, a guide rail, a main screen, a potential screen, an apron, an endless chain, a rake, and an operating device. Especially, in order to prevent damage to the apron and the rake by preventing interference between the surface of the apron and the rear end of the rake when the impurities, filtered by the rake, go through the apron, a plurality of aprons are installed and then connected and fixed by a connection piece, and the guide bar protrudes from the upper surface of the connection piece in a longitudinal direction. Meanwhile, the rake is formed by installing the guide roller, touching the guide bar, in a front lower part of the rake groove dented at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the rear end.
본 발명은 레이크와 에이프런 보호 기능을 갖는 제진기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 다수의 에이프런을 연결 고정하는 연결편 상면에 길이방향으로 길게 가이드 바가 돌출 설치되며 레이크의 후단부 길이방향으로 일정간격을 가지고 함몰 형성된 갈퀴 홈의 선단 하측에 상기 가이드 바와 접촉 안내되는 가이드 롤러가 설치됨으로써 걸러진 협잡물의 양과 상관없이 레이크의 후단과 에이프런의 표면에 대한 간섭을 방지함과 동시에 길게 형성되는 레이크의 중앙부분에 대한 하향 또는 후향 처지는 현상을 방지하여, 레이크와 에이프런에 대한 파손을 안정적으로 방지할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명에 따른 레이크와 에이프런 보호 기능을 갖는 제진기는 한 쌍의 프레임과, 가이드레일과, 주 스크린과, 전위스크린과, 에이프런과, 엔드리스 체인과, 레이크와, 구동장치로 이루어지되, 특히 상기 레이크에 협잡물이 걸러진 상태로 상기 에이프런을 통과시 상기 레이크의 후단부에 대한 에이프런의 표면과 간섭이 방지되어 상기 레이크와 에이프런의 파손이 방지될 수 있도록, 상기 에이프런은 다수 개로 구비되어 이웃하는 단부가 연결편에 의해 연결 고정되며, 상기 연결편의 상면에 길이방향으로 길게 가이드 바가 돌출 설치되는 한편, 상기 레이크는 후단에 길이방향으로 일정간격을 가지고 함몰 형성된 갈퀴 홈의 선단 하측으로 상기 가이드 바와 접촉 안내되는 가이드 롤러가 설치되는 구성으로 이루어진다.
