The present invention relates to a scraper rake for a floating waste removal machine that is configured to have a scraper unit disposed on a lower side of a rear end of a rake, so that when the rake circulatedly rotates to remove floating waste, a pad of the scraper unit coupled to the rake comes into contact with an upper surface of an apron, thereby preventing the floating waste discharged through a space between the lower side of the rear end of the rake and the upper surface of the apron from remaining on the surface of the apron, unlike a conventional practice, improving the floating waste removing efficiency of the floating waste removal machine and stably avoiding the breakage of the rake caused by the floating waste remaining on the surface of the apron, and that is configured to have a scraper unit disposed on the lower side of the rear end of the rake to allow movable scrapers to be rotatably fixed between fixed scrapers, so that after the movable scrapers selectively rotate by a given angle, the scraper unit is returned to its original state by means of attractive forces of magnetic materials, thereby preventing floating waste from escaping downward from a space between rear rakes of the rake when the rake passes through the apron. According to the present invention, the scraper rake for floating waste removal machine includes: a rake (700) having a rake piece (710) for drawing floating waste caught in a main screen (300) and a fixing bar (720) whose both ends are fixed to an endless chain (600), in which a pair of through holes (712a) are formed on the rake piece (710); and a scraper unit fixed to the lower side of the rear end of the rake (700) and having fixed scrapers (800a) whose rear ends are passed through an apron (500) in such a manner as to come into close contact with the surface of the apron (500) and movable scrapers (800b) coming into close contact with the apron (500) when passing through the apron (500), each fixed scraper (800a) and each movable scraper (800b) having return restraining magnetic materials (840a) and return inducing magnetic materials (840b) built in the opposing side portions to each other.
본 발명은 제진기의 스크레이퍼 레이크에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 제진기의 레이크 후단 하측에 스크레이퍼 유닛을 적용설치함으로써 레이크가 부유 협잡물을 제거하기 위해 순환회전시 레이크에 결합된 스크레이퍼 유닛의 패드가 에이프런 상부 표면과 밀착되도록 하여 종래와 달리 레이크 후단 하측과 에이프런 상부 표면 사이의 공간을 통해 협잡물이 유출되면서 발생되는 에이프런 표면의 잔류현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 제진기의 협잡물 제거효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 에이프런 표면 잔류현상으로 인한 레이크의 파손을 안정적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 제진기의 레이크 후단 하측에 고정스크레이퍼 사이마다 유동스크레이퍼가 회전가능토록 축 고정되되 상기 유동스크레이퍼가 선택적으로 일정각도 회전된 후 자성체의 인력을 통해 원상태로 복귀되는 스크레이퍼 유닛을 적용설치함으로써 유동스크레이퍼의 선택적인 회전 및 복귀를 통해 레이크가 에이프런을 통과할 때 레이크의 후단갈퀴 사이로 협잡물이 하향 이탈하는 현상을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
