The present invention relates to a hose connector, comprising: a bellows pipe having ridges and grooves on an outer circumference; a fastening ring including a body part whose at least a part is a cylindrical shape and a protruding sill formed outwards in the tip part of the body, and inserted into the outer circumference of the bellows pipe to be able to move; an O-ring inserted into a groove part of the bellows pipe to prevent water from being leaked between the outer circumference of the bellows pipe and the inner circumferential surface of the fastening ring; a fastening ring moving preventer to prevent the fastening ring from being moved around the outer circumference of the bellows pipe; a packing interposed between an end part of the bellows pipe and an end part of a main connection body to be connected; a fastening nut having a female screw part fastening to a male screw part of the main connection body on a part of the inner circumferential surface, having a protruding stepped sill closely attached to the protruding sill of the fastening ring in an end part of one side, and pressing the packing by force pressing the protruding sill by the protruding stepped sill when the female screw part is fastened to the male screw part of the main connection body; and a fixation tool to cover the outer circumference of the fastening ring moving preventer in order to prevent the fastening ring moving preventer from being moved along the outer circumference of the bellows pipe. According to such configuration, due to a simple structure, water leakage is able to be efficiently prevented while improving assembling properties.
본 발명은 호스 연결구에 관한 것으로써, 외주에 산과 골이 형성된 주름관; 적어도 일부분이 원통형인 몸체부와 상기 몸체의 선단부에 외측으로 형성된 돌출턱을 구비하고, 상기 주름관의 외주에 이동가능하게 끼워지는 조임링; 상기 주름관의 골 부분에 끼워져서 상기 주름관의 외주와 상기 조임링의 내주면 사이로 누수가 되는 것을 방지하는 오링; 상기 조임링이 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동되는 것을 방지하는 조임링 이동 방지구; 상기 주름관의 단부와 연결하고자 하는 연결본체의 단부 사이에 개재되는 패킹; 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부와 체결되기 위한 암나사부가 내주면 일부에 형성되고, 일측 단부에는 상기 조임링의 돌출턱과 밀착되는 돌출단턱이 형성되며, 상기 암나사부가 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부에 체결될 때, 상기 돌출단턱이 상기 돌출턱을 가압하는 힘에 의해 상기 패킹이 압착되도록 하기 위한 조임너트; 상기 조임링 이동 방지구가 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 조임링 이동 방지구의 외주에 덮어 씌워지는 고정구;로 이루어지며, 위와 같은 구성에 의하면, 간단한 구조에 의하여 조립성을 향상시키면서도 누수를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 호스 연결구를 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a hose connector, comprising: a bellows pipe having ridges and grooves on an outer circumference; a fastening ring including a body part whose at least a part is a cylindrical shape and a protruding sill formed outwards in the tip part of the body, and inserted into the outer circumference of the bellows pipe to be able to move; an O-ring inserted into a groove part of the bellows pipe to prevent water from being leaked between the outer circumference of the bellows pipe and the inner circumferential surface of the fastening ring; a fastening ring moving preventer to prevent the fastening ring from being moved around the outer circumference of the bellows pipe; a packing interposed between an end part of the bellows pipe and an end part of a main connection body to be connected; a fastening nut having a female screw part fastening to a male screw part of the main connection body on a part of the inner circumferential surface, having a protruding stepped sill closely attached to the protruding sill of the fastening ring in an end part of one side, and pressing the packing by force pressing the protruding sill by the protruding stepped sill when the female screw part is fastened to the male screw part of the main connection body; and a fixation tool to cover the outer circumference of the fastening ring moving preventer in order to prevent the fastening ring moving preventer from being moved along the outer circumference of the bellows pipe. According to such configuration, due to a simple structure, water leakage is able to be efficiently prevented while improving assembling properties.
본 발명은 호스 연결구에 관한 것으로써, 외주에 산과 골이 형성된 주름관; 적어도 일부분이 원통형인 몸체부와 상기 몸체의 선단부에 외측으로 형성된 돌출턱을 구비하고, 상기 주름관의 외주에 이동가능하게 끼워지는 조임링; 상기 주름관의 골 부분에 끼워져서 상기 주름관의 외주와 상기 조임링의 내주면 사이로 누수가 되는 것을 방지하는 오링; 상기 조임링이 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동되는 것을 방지하는 조임링 이동 방지구; 상기 주름관의 단부와 연결하고자 하는 연결본체의 단부 사이에 개재되는 패킹; 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부와 체결되기 위한 암나사부가 내주면 일부에 형성되고, 일측 단부에는 상기 조임링의 돌출턱과 밀착되는 돌출단턱이 형성되며, 상기 암나사부가 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부에 체결될 때, 상기 돌출단턱이 상기 돌출턱을 가압하는 힘에 의해 상기 패킹이 압착되도록 하기 위한 조임너트; 상기 조임링 이동 방지구가 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 조임링 이동 방지구의 외주에 덮어 씌워지는 고정구;로 이루어지며, 위와 같은 구성에 의하면, 간단한 구조에 의하여 조립성을 향상시키면서도 누수를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 호스 연결구를 제공할 수 있다.
