The present invention relates to a hose connector. The hose connector comprises: a corrugated pipe having a ridge and a valley on an outer circumference; a tightening ring having a body part of which at least a part is cylindrical and a projecting step projecting outwardly from a front end portion of the body part and inserted to the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe to be able to move; an O-ring inserted to the ridge of the corrugated pipe to prevent water leaked between the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe and an inner circumferential surface of the tightening ring; a tightening ring movement prevention hole preventing the tightening ring from moving on the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe; a packing disposed between an end portion of the corrugated pipe and a desired end portion of a connection main body; a tightening nut having a female thread portion formed on a part of the inner circumferential surface to be fastened with a male thread portion of the connection main body, a projecting threshold closely attached to the projecting step of the tightening ring and provided to press the packing by a force of the projecting threshold applied on the projecting step when the female thread portion is fastened with the male thread portion of the connection main body; and a fixing hole overlaying on an outer circumference of the tightening ring movement prevention hole to prevent the same from moving on the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe. According to the present invention, assimilability of the hose connector is enhanced by a simple structure, and the hose connector is capable of effectively preventing water leakage.
본 발명은 호스 연결구에 관한 것으로써, 외주에 산과 골이 형성된 주름관; 적어도 일부분이 원통형인 몸체부와 상기 몸체의 선단부에 외측으로 형성된 돌출턱을 구비하고, 상기 주름관의 외주에 이동가능하게 끼워지는 조임링; 상기 주름관의 골 부분에 끼워져서 상기 주름관의 외주와 상기 조임링의 내주면 사이로 누수가 되는 것을 방지하는 오링; 상기 조임링이 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동되는 것을 방지하는 조임링 이동 방지구; 상기 주름관의 단부와 연결하고자 하는 연결본체의 단부 사이에 개재되는 패킹; 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부와 체결되기 위한 암나사부가 내주면 일부에 형성되고, 일측 단부에는 상기 조임링의 돌출턱과 밀착되는 돌출단턱이 형성되며, 상기 암나사부가 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부에 체결될 때, 상기 돌출단턱이 상기 돌출턱을 가압하는 힘에 의해 상기 패킹이 압착되도록 하기 위한 조임너트; 상기 조임링 이동 방지구가 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 조임링 이동 방지구의 외주에 덮어 씌워지는 고정구;로 이루어지며, 위와 같은 구성에 의하면, 간단한 구조에 의하여 조립성을 향상시키면서도 누수를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 호스 연결구를 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a hose connector. The hose connector comprises: a corrugated pipe having a ridge and a valley on an outer circumference; a tightening ring having a body part of which at least a part is cylindrical and a projecting step projecting outwardly from a front end portion of the body part and inserted to the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe to be able to move; an O-ring inserted to the ridge of the corrugated pipe to prevent water leaked between the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe and an inner circumferential surface of the tightening ring; a tightening ring movement prevention hole preventing the tightening ring from moving on the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe; a packing disposed between an end portion of the corrugated pipe and a desired end portion of a connection main body; a tightening nut having a female thread portion formed on a part of the inner circumferential surface to be fastened with a male thread portion of the connection main body, a projecting threshold closely attached to the projecting step of the tightening ring and provided to press the packing by a force of the projecting threshold applied on the projecting step when the female thread portion is fastened with the male thread portion of the connection main body; and a fixing hole overlaying on an outer circumference of the tightening ring movement prevention hole to prevent the same from moving on the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe. According to the present invention, assimilability of the hose connector is enhanced by a simple structure, and the hose connector is capable of effectively preventing water leakage.
본 발명은 호스 연결구에 관한 것으로써, 외주에 산과 골이 형성된 주름관; 적어도 일부분이 원통형인 몸체부와 상기 몸체의 선단부에 외측으로 형성된 돌출턱을 구비하고, 상기 주름관의 외주에 이동가능하게 끼워지는 조임링; 상기 주름관의 골 부분에 끼워져서 상기 주름관의 외주와 상기 조임링의 내주면 사이로 누수가 되는 것을 방지하는 오링; 상기 조임링이 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동되는 것을 방지하는 조임링 이동 방지구; 상기 주름관의 단부와 연결하고자 하는 연결본체의 단부 사이에 개재되는 패킹; 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부와 체결되기 위한 암나사부가 내주면 일부에 형성되고, 일측 단부에는 상기 조임링의 돌출턱과 밀착되는 돌출단턱이 형성되며, 상기 암나사부가 상기 연결본체의 숫나사부에 체결될 때, 상기 돌출단턱이 상기 돌출턱을 가압하는 힘에 의해 상기 패킹이 압착되도록 하기 위한 조임너트; 상기 조임링 이동 방지구가 상기 주름관의 외주에서 이동하는 것을 방지하도록 상기 조임링 이동 방지구의 외주에 덮어 씌워지는 고정구;로 이루어지며, 위와 같은 구성에 의하면, 간단한 구조에 의하여 조립성을 향상시키면서도 누수를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 호스 연결구를 제공할 수 있다.
