FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS HAVING BYPASS PIPE
According to the present invention, a food waste disposal apparatus having a bypass pipe uses microorganisms to decompose food waste, and comprises: a chamber which is formed in an empty box, and has an inlet unit formed on an upper portion thereof and mounted on a lower end of a drain of a sink to allow food waste to enter, liquid microorganisms disposed on an agitation net with a plurality of holes therein to decompose food waste by agitation between food waste entering by rotation of an agitation wing and microorganisms coming from the liquid microorganisms, and a discharge unit formed on a lower portion thereof and connected to a drain pipe to discharge wastewater and a solid body which are results of decomposition of the food waste; a first hole formed by opening one side of the inlet unit; a second hole formed by opening one side of a lower end of the chamber; and a bypass pipe connecting the first hole and the second hole. According to the present invention, since the inlet unit and a lower end of the food waste disposal apparatus are connected by the bypass pipe to transport wastewater entering through the inlet unit to the lower end of the food waste disposal apparatus, a water level of the food waste disposal apparatus is prevented from rising by wastewater.
본 발명은 미생물을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 분해하는 음식물 처리기에 있어서, 내부가 빈 함체로 형성되며, 상부에는 싱크대 배수구의 하단에 체결되어 음식물 쓰레기가 유입되는 유입부가 형성되고, 내부에는 복수개의 타공이 형성된 교반망 상에 액상의 미생물이 구비되고 교반익의 회전에 의해 유입된 음식물 쓰레기와 상기 액상의 미생물로부터 녹아 나온 미생물 간의 교반에 의해 음식물 쓰레기가 분해되며, 하부에는 배수관과 연결되어 상기 음식물 쓰레기의 분해 결과물인 오수 및 고형물이 배출되는 배출부가 형성되는 챔버; 상기 유입부의 일측면이 개방되어 형성되는 제1홀; 상기 챔버의 하단 일측면이 개방되어 형성되는 제2홀; 상기 제1홀과 제2홀을 연결하는 바이패스관;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스관이 형성된 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유입부와 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치의 하단을 바이패스관으로 연결하여 유입부를 통해 유입되는 오수를 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치의 하단으로 이송시키기 때문에 오수로 인해 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치의 수위가 높아지는 것을 방지하는 바이패스관이 형성된 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 제공할 수 있다.

According to the present invention, a food waste disposal apparatus having a bypass pipe uses microorganisms to decompose food waste, and comprises: a chamber which is formed in an empty box, and has an inlet unit formed on an upper portion thereof and mounted on a lower end of a drain of a sink to allow food waste to enter, liquid microorganisms disposed on an agitation net with a plurality of holes therein to decompose food waste by agitation between food waste entering by rotation of an agitation wing and microorganisms coming from the liquid microorganisms, and a discharge unit formed on a lower portion thereof and connected to a drain pipe to discharge wastewater and a solid body which are results of decomposition of the food waste; a first hole formed by opening one side of the inlet unit; a second hole formed by opening one side of a lower end of the chamber; and a bypass pipe connecting the first hole and the second hole. According to the present invention, since the inlet unit and a lower end of the food waste disposal apparatus are connected by the bypass pipe to transport wastewater entering through the inlet unit to the lower end of the food waste disposal apparatus, a water level of the food waste disposal apparatus is prevented from rising by wastewater.
본 발명은 미생물을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 분해하는 음식물 처리기에 있어서, 내부가 빈 함체로 형성되며, 상부에는 싱크대 배수구의 하단에 체결되어 음식물 쓰레기가 유입되는 유입부가 형성되고, 내부에는 복수개의 타공이 형성된 교반망 상에 액상의 미생물이 구비되고 교반익의 회전에 의해 유입된 음식물 쓰레기와 상기 액상의 미생물로부터 녹아 나온 미생물 간의 교반에 의해 음식물 쓰레기가 분해되며, 하부에는 배수관과 연결되어 상기 음식물 쓰레기의 분해 결과물인 오수 및 고형물이 배출되는 배출부가 형성되는 챔버; 상기 유입부의 일측면이 개방되어 형성되는 제1홀; 상기 챔버의 하단 일측면이 개방되어 형성되는 제2홀; 상기 제1홀과 제2홀을 연결하는 바이패스관;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이패스관이 형성된 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유입부와 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치의 하단을 바이패스관으로 연결하여 유입부를 통해 유입되는 오수를 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치의 하단으로 이송시키기 때문에 오수로 인해 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치의 수위가 높아지는 것을 방지하는 바이패스관이 형성된 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 제공할 수 있다.
