본 발명은 냄새제거 관로를 구비한 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 있어서, 미생물을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 있어서, 내부가 빈 함체로 형성되며, 상부에는 싱크대 배수구의 하단에 체결되어 음식물 쓰레기가 유입되는 유입부가 형성되고, 내부에는 복수개의 타공이 형성된 교반망 상에 액상의 미생물이 구비되고 교반익의 회전에 의해 유입된 음식물 쓰레기와 상기 액상의 미생물로부터 녹아 나온 미생물 간의 교반에 의해 음식물 쓰레기가 분해되며, 하부에는 배수관과 연결되어 상기 음식물 쓰레기의 분해 결과물인 오수 및 고형물이 배출되는 배출부가 형성되는 챔버; 상기 챔버 외벽의 관통홀에 설치되어 흡입팬을 통해 상기 챔버 내부의 공기를 흡입하여 외부로 배출하도록 하는 탈취부; 상기 탈취부의 끝단에 연결되어 상기 흡입팬을 통해 흡입된 공기가 배출되도록 하는 탈취관; 상기 배출부와 연결되어 있는 제1 배출관; 상기 싱크대로부터 물을 공급받는 급수관; 상기 배출부와 제1 배출관이 합류되어 중단부에 U트랩이 형성된 제2 배출관으로 배출되도록 하는 "Y"자 형태의 제1 합류관; 및 상기 제2 배출관과 탈취관이 합류되어 외부로 배출되도록 하는 "Y"자 형태의 제2 합류관;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냄새제거 관로를 구비한 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 배출관의 중단부에 U트랩을 형성하여 U트랩에 물이 고이도록 함으로써, 탈취부를 통해 흡입된 챔버 내부의 악취가 배출관을 통해 역행하지 않도록 하는 냄새제거 관로를 구비한 음식물 쓰레기 처리장치를 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus having a deodorization pipe, to prevent odor, which is sucked into a chamber through a deodorization unit, from reversely flowing through a discharge pipe. According to the present invention, the food waste disposal apparatus having a deodorization pipe comprises: the chamber having an inlet part formed on an upper part to be coupled to the bottom of a sink drain and receive food waste, including microorganisms of a liquid phase disposed on a stirring net having a plurality of perforated holes formed therein, and a discharge part connected to a drain pipe to discharge sewage and solid materials, which are a dissolution result of the food waste; the deodorization unit sucking the air inside the chamber through a suction fan to discharge the sucked air to the outside; the deodorization pipe to discharge the air sucked through the suction fan; a first discharge pipe connected to the discharge unit; a water supply pipe to receive water from a sink; a first joint pipe to discharge the sewage and the solid materials to a second discharge pipe having a U trap formed in a middle part; and a second joint pipe joining the second discharge pipe and the deodorization pipe to discharge the sewage and the solid materials to the outside.
