본 발명은 우레탄 포장재를 재활용하는 육상트랙 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기존에 설치된 육상트랙의 표층만 제거한 상태에서 우레탄 포장을 덧씌우는 방식으로 이루어지되, 표층 절삭시 발생하는 폐우레탄 분말을 재사용하여 시공 원가를 낮출 수 있는 우레탄 포장재를 재활용하는 육상트랙 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
