According to the present invention, an elastic packing material composition for a land track using recycled waste polyurethane (PU) comprises: a PU resin composition for a soft layer, which is obtained by uniformly mixing, based on 100 parts by weight of a urethane prepolymer having two or more isocyanate end groups, to 30 to 40 parts by weight of waste PU chips generated when replacing athletics tracks, 20 to 30 parts by weight of a curing agent containing a polyol compound having two or more hydroxyl groups per molecule, 2 to 5 parts by weight of a foaming agent, 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of a catalyst, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a foam stabilizer, and 5 to 10 parts by weight of an additive, and has pores that form a network having a reticular structure; and a semi-hard PU resin composition including, based on 100 parts by weight of a urethane prepolymer having two or more isocyanate end groups, 30 to 40 parts by weight of a curing agent including 10 to 20 parts by weight of waste polyurethane chips generated when replacing the athletics tracks and including a polyol compound having two or more hydroxyl groups per molecule, 5 to 10 parts by weight of a solar insulator, 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of an inorganic pigment, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of an UV stabilizer, and 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of a catalyst. Therefore, an environmentally friendly athletics track is constructed using the elastic packing material.
본 발명의 폐우레탄 탄성포장재는 본 발명은 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 말단기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 육상 트랙 교체시 발생하는 폐폴리우레탄칩 30 내지 40중량부의 주제부에 한 분자당 2개 이상의 수산기를 갖는 폴리올 화합물을 포함하는 경화제 20 내지 30중량부와 발포제 2 내지 5중량부, 촉매 0.01~0.1 중량부, 정포제 1 내지 3중량부, 첨가제 5 내지 10중량부를 균일하게 혼합하여 얻어진 조성물로 망상 구조의 네트웍을 형성하는 기공들이 구비된 연질층용 폴리우레탄 수지조성물과 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 말단기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머 100중량부에 대하여 육상 트랙 교체시 발생하는 폐폴리우레탄칩 10 내지 20중량부를 포함하고 한 분자당 2개 이상의 수산기를 갖는 폴리올 화합물을 포함하는 경화제 30 내지 40중량부와 태양광 차열제 5 내지 10중량부, 무기안료 0.5 내지 3중량부, UV 안정제 0.5 내지 1중량부, 촉매 0.01 내지 0.1중량부로 이루어진 반경질용 폴리우레탄(PU) 수지 조성물로 구성되어 있고, 이들 폐우레탄 탄성포장재를 이용하여 환경 친화적인 육상 트랙을 시공함에 특징이 있다.

Therefore, an environmentally friendly athletics track is constructed using the elastic packing material.
