The present invention relates to an outdoor emergency evacuation device for an apartment building which is applied to the outside of an apartment building, enabling an evacuee to evacuate to a low place during an emergency as the outdoor emergency evacuation device is installed in one side of a window. To achieve this purpose of the present invention, the outdoor emergency evacuation device for the apartment building comprises: an entrance unit (10) protruding to form an evacuation space on an outer wall of the building in order for the evacuee to evacuate from the inside which is an evacuation place to the outside of the building when fire breaks out; a safety fence unit (20) adjacent to the entrance unit (10) forming a space in order for the evacuee to evacuate to a lower side; and a sliding stair unit (30) installed in an inner side of the safety fence unit (20) having evacuation stairs sliding by being unfolded such that the evacuee is able to evacuate to the lower side.
본 발명은 공동주택의 외부에 적용되는 피난 대피장치에 관한 것으로, 창문의 일측에 구비되어 유사시 대피자가 낮은 곳으로 대피할 수 있도록 하는 공동주택 외부형 피난 대피장치를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 공동주택 외부형 피난 대피장치는 화재 등의 유사시 대피장소인 실내에서 건물의 외부로 대피하기 위해 건물외벽에 대피공간을 형성하도록 돌출되는 출입유닛(10)과 상기 출입유닛(10)과 인접하게 구비되며, 하향대피할 수 있도록 공간을 형성하는 안전팬스유닛(20) 및 상기 안전팬스유닛(20)의 내측에 구비되며, 하측으로 하향대피 할 수 있도록 대피계단이 전개되어 슬라이딩되어 설치되는 슬라이딩계단유닛(30)으로 구성된다.
