The present invention relates to an integrated foldable safety handrail for a high-rise building and an evacuation device used in an outdoor evacuation staircase. The present invention is a safety handrail designed to prevent a fall in a house such as an apartment, an office building, or a movable passage exposed to the outside. The present invention is applied as a substitute for a safety handrail for a high-rise building or over 3 m above ground to be usually used as a safety handrail for fall prevention and allow an evacuee in a high-rise part to escape to the outside or go downstairs safely in an emergency situation such as a fire. The present invention comprises a fence unit (1) in which an access unit (10) and a safety fence unit (20) are integrated with each other; and a sliding stair unit (30) formed on the lower end of the fence unit (1).
본 발명은 아파트와 같은 공동주택이나 사무실건물, 외부에 노출된 이동식 통로에서 추락을 방지하기 위하여 마련된 안전난간대 등과 같은 고층 건물에 적용되는 고층건물용 일체형 접이식 안전난간 및 옥외피난계단 및 피난 대피장치에 대한 것으로, 평소에는 추락 방지용 안전난간대로 이용되다가 화재 등의 긴급한 상황이 발생하였을 때 고층부의 대피자가 외부로 피난하거나 아래층 방향으로 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 고층건물이나 야외의 지상고 3m이상의 안전난간대 대용으로 적용되는 것이다.특히, 본 발명은 주요하게 출입유닛(10)과 안전팬스유닛(20)이 일체형으로 구성된 팬스유닛(1); 및 상기 팬스유닛(1)의 하단부에 구성되는 슬라이딩계단유닛(30)을 포함하는, 일체형 접이식 안전난간 및 옥외피난계단으로 활용되는 피난 대피장치에 관한 것이다.
