The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a step non-slip pad, and more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a step non-slip pad which is provided to prevent slippage by a foot placed on part of the step. The apparatus comprises: a frame; a sheet uncoiler which is installed on a side of the frame, and on which a sheet is wound; a non-slip tape uncoiler which is in the frame, and around which non-slip tape is wound, the non-slip tape including a base, an adhesive, and an adhesive cover which are sequentially stacked; an adhesive cover recoiler which is installed in the frame, and around which the adhesive cover separated from the surface of the non-slip tape wound around the non-slip tape uncoiler is wound by a motor; a double-sided tape uncoiler which is installed in the frame, and around which the double-sided tape is wound; a first combining unit which is installed in the frame and includes a first upper roller, a first lower roller, and a motor rotating the first upper roller and the first lower roller, wherein a lamination of the double-sided tape, the sheet, and the non-slip tape from which the adhesive cover is separated passes between the first upper roller and the first lower roller and is pressurized; and a step non-slip pad recoiler which is installed on the opposite side of the frame, and around which the lamination is wound by the motor.
본 발명은 계단 논슬립패드를 제작하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 계단에서 발을 딛는 부분에 미끄럼을 방지하기 위한 계단논슬립의 구성인 계단 논슬립패드 제작장치에 관한 것이다.이에 본 발명은, 이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위한 것으로써, 프레임과 상기 프레임에 일측에 설치되며, 박판이 권취되어 있는 박판 언코일러와 상기 프레임에 설치되며, 베이스와 접착제와 접착제커버가 순차적으로 적층된 논슬립테이프가 권취되어있는 논슬립테이프 언코일러와 상기 프레임에 설치되며, 상기 논슬립테이프 언코일러에 권취되어있는 논슬립테이프의 일면으로부터 분리된 접착제커버가 모터에 의해 권취되는 접착제커버 리코일러와 상기 프레임에 설치되며, 양면테이프가 권취되어 있는 양면테이프 언코일러와 상기 프레임에 설치되며, 각각의 축이 서로 평행하게 맞닿아 설치되는 제1 상부롤러와 제1 하부롤러 및 상기 제1 상부롤러 혹은 제1 하부롤러를 회동시키는 모터로 구성되어, 상기 제1 상부롤러와 제1 하부롤러 사이로 상기 양면테이프와 박판과, 접착제커버가 분리된 논슬립테이프가 순차적으로 적층된 적층체가 통과되어 가압되는 1차 결합유닛 및 상기 프레임 타측에 설치되며, 상기 적층체가 모터에 의해 권취되는 계단 논슬립패드 리코일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
