Warm Asphalt and Warm Asphaltconcrete
The present invention relates to a warm mix asphalt which is produced by mixing 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 4-15 parts by weight of fat and oil whose iodine number is greater than or equal to 100, and 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of metal soap. The warm mix asphalt enables the production of warm mix asphalt concrete through a process of mixing with aggregates, without special facilities. In addition, physical properties can increase as the warm mix asphalt reacts with oxygen in the air and then is cross-linked with neighboring fat and oil, after constructing the asphalt concrete.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부에 요오드 값이 100이상인 유지 4~15중량부, 금속비누(Metal Soap) 0.1~1.0 중량부가 혼합되어 형성되는 중온 아스팔트로 특별한 설비없이 골재와 혼합하는 공정을 통해 중온 아스팔트콘크리트를 제조할 수 있으며, 아스팔트콘크리트 포설 후에 공기 중의 산소와 반응하여 인접하는 유지와 가교결합되어 물성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
