The present invention relates to a control valve assembly of a hydraulic breaker. More specifically, the present invention relates to the control valve assembly of a hydraulic breaker, designing a constant high pressure chamber inside a valve box to be expanded to rapidly transmit an increased flow rate of fluid to a high pressure and low pressure conversion chamber to increase striking energy and enable the flow rate of the fluid returned after striking operation to be delayed to be discharged through a valve low pressure chamber in order to store hydraulic pressure to increase efficiency of following striking operation.
본 발명은 유압식 브레이커의 컨트롤밸브 조립체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 밸브 박스 내의 상시 고압실을 확장 가능하게 설계하여 더 많은 유체 유량을 고,저압 변환실로 빨리 전달할 수 있어 타격 행정 에너지 증대를 가능하게 하면서 타격 후 리턴되는 유체 유량을 밸브 저압실을 통해 지연 배출되게 함으로써 유압 축적이 가능하여 후속 타격 행정 효율을 증대시키도록 개선된 유압식 브레이커의 컨트롤밸브 조립체에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 유압식 브레이커의 컨트롤밸브 조립체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 밸브 박스 내의 상시 고압실을 확장 가능하게 설계하여 더 많은 유체 유량을 고,저압 변환실로 빨리 전달할 수 있어 타격 행정 에너지 증대를 가능하게 하면서 타격 후 리턴되는 유체 유량을 밸브 저압실을 통해 지연 배출되게 함으로써 유압 축적이 가능하여 후속 타격 행정 효율을 증대시키도록 개선된 유압식 브레이커의 컨트롤밸브 조립체에 관한 것이다.
