A SAFETY VALVE FOR HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The present invention relates to a safety valve for a hydraulic breaker for supplying hydraulic oil supplied from a pump to a control valve at a constant pressure to reciprocate a piston by hydraulic pressure, wherein the hydraulic pressure is supplied under the control of the control valve to crush concrete or rock by hitting a chisel by the piston in a body of a hydraulic breaker. The present invention comprises: a bush disposed in a hole formed from the outer side of the hydraulic breaker to the inside; a spool inserted in the bush; a spring disposed in contact with an upper end of the spool at an upper portion inside the bush; and a cap whose part is inserted into the hole of the body to hold the spring. When the pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied from the pump is lower than a predetermined pressure, the spool supplies the hydraulic oil from a discharge passage to a supply passage connected to the control valve in a space between the spool and the cap through a passage formed therein. When the pressure of the hydraulic oil is higher than a predetermined pressure, the spool moves by the pressure of the hydraulic oil to reduce the flow of the hydraulic oil supplied from the pump, thereby supplying the hydraulic oil of a predetermined range of pressure to the control valve.
본 발명은 유압 브레이커의 바디에서 피스톤에 의해 치즐을 타격하여 콘크리트나 암반 등을 파쇄하기 위해 제어밸브의 제어하에 공급되는 유압으로 피스톤을 상하 왕복 운동시키도록 펌프에서 공급되는 압유를 일정한 압력으로 상기 제어밸브로 공급하는 유압 브레이커용 안전밸브에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 유압 브레이커의 바디의 외측면에서 내부로 형성된 홀 속에 배치되는 부시와, 상기 부시 내부에 삽입되는 스풀, 상기 부시 내측 상부에서 스풀 상단에 접촉되게 배치되는 스프링, 상기 스프링을 유지하도록 상기 바디의 홀 속에 일부분이 삽입되는 캡을 포함하며, 상기 스풀은 펌프에서 공급되는 압유의 압력이 미리 설정된 압력보다 작은 경우에는 내부에 형성된 유로를 통해 스풀과 캡 사이의 공간에서 배출유로에서 제어밸브로 연통된 공급로로 압유를 공급하고, 상기 압유의 압력이 미리 설정된 압력보다 큰 경우에는 상기 압유의 압력에 의해 상기 스풀이 이동하여 펌프에서 공급되는 압유 흐름을 감소시켜 제어밸브로 미리 설정된 범위의 압력의 압유가 공급되도록 된 것에 그 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to a safety valve for a hydraulic breaker for supplying hydraulic oil supplied from a pump to a control valve at a constant pressure to reciprocate a piston by hydraulic pressure, wherein the hydraulic pressure is supplied under the control of the control valve to crush concrete or rock by hitting a chisel by the piston in a body of a hydraulic breaker. The present invention comprises: a bush disposed in a hole formed from the outer side of the hydraulic breaker to the inside; a spool inserted in the bush; a spring disposed in contact with an upper end of the spool at an upper portion inside the bush; and a cap whose part is inserted into the hole of the body to hold the spring. When the pressure of the hydraulic oil supplied from the pump is lower than a predetermined pressure, the spool supplies the hydraulic oil from a discharge passage to a supply passage connected to the control valve in a space between the spool and the cap through a passage formed therein. When the pressure of the hydraulic oil is higher than a predetermined pressure, the spool moves by the pressure of the hydraulic oil to reduce the flow of the hydraulic oil supplied from the pump, thereby supplying the hydraulic oil of a predetermined range of pressure to the control valve.
본 발명은 유압 브레이커의 바디에서 피스톤에 의해 치즐을 타격하여 콘크리트나 암반 등을 파쇄하기 위해 제어밸브의 제어하에 공급되는 유압으로 피스톤을 상하 왕복 운동시키도록 펌프에서 공급되는 압유를 일정한 압력으로 상기 제어밸브로 공급하는 유압 브레이커용 안전밸브에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 유압 브레이커의 바디의 외측면에서 내부로 형성된 홀 속에 배치되는 부시와, 상기 부시 내부에 삽입되는 스풀, 상기 부시 내측 상부에서 스풀 상단에 접촉되게 배치되는 스프링, 상기 스프링을 유지하도록 상기 바디의 홀 속에 일부분이 삽입되는 캡을 포함하며, 상기 스풀은 펌프에서 공급되는 압유의 압력이 미리 설정된 압력보다 작은 경우에는 내부에 형성된 유로를 통해 스풀과 캡 사이의 공간에서 배출유로에서 제어밸브로 연통된 공급로로 압유를 공급하고, 상기 압유의 압력이 미리 설정된 압력보다 큰 경우에는 상기 압유의 압력에 의해 상기 스풀이 이동하여 펌프에서 공급되는 압유 흐름을 감소시켜 제어밸브로 미리 설정된 범위의 압력의 압유가 공급되도록 된 것에 그 특징이 있다.
