Curtain Wall System with Device for Prevention of Water Leakage
The present invention relates to an insulation curtain wall system which improves water seal stability by connecting a support unit joint part in which a horizontal support unit and a vertical support unit cross each other by a sealing member, wherein glass is mounted on the horizontal support unit and the vertical support unit; and the horizontal support unit individually connected to a transom and a mullion formed of a metal material in a curtain wall system. The curtain wall system also improves insulation performance by having the horizontal support unit, the vertical support unit, and an outer cover member formed of an insulation material. The insulation curtain wall system has versatility capable of inserting various thicknesses of the glass to selectively connect the support unit having various widths to a structural member. The insulation curtain wall system blocks inflow of rainwater by connecting the joint part of the horizontal support unit connected by being cut at a position crossing the vertical support unit, using the joint part, and discharges the rainwater to the outside. The insulation curtain wall system simplifies a processing process of the horizontal support unit and even maintains a quality of assembly regardless of a workers skill level.
본 발명은 커튼월 시스템에서 금속재질로 구성되는 수평구조재(Transom) 및 수직구조재(Mullion)에 각각 결합되어 유리를 장착하는 수평지지부와 수직지지부가 교차하는 지지부 연결부위를 틈새마개로 결합하여 수밀안정성을 높이고, 상기 수평지지부와 수직지지부 뿐 아니라 외부 덮개부재까지 단열재질로 구성하여 단열성을 향상시킨 단열 커튼월 시스템에 관한 것으로, 다양한 폭을 가지는 지지부를 선택적으로 구조재에 결합할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 두께의 유리를 끼울 수 있는 범용성을 가지고, 수직지지부와 교차하는 위치에서 절단되어 연결되는 수평지지부의 연결부를 틈새마개로 결합하여 우수의 실내유입을 차단하고 외부로 배수할 수 있도록 하며, 수평지지부 가공공정을 단순화함으로써, 작업자의 숙련도에 무관하게 균일한 조립품질을 유지하는 것이 가능하다.
