Rainwater collection and treatment system in bridges using early rainwater treatment facility
The present invention relates to a treatment system which collects early phase rainwater generated from a bridge by using early phase rainwater processing facilities. A settlement unit comprises: an insertion tank which removes large particles from rainwater, collected in pipes installed on right and left sides on a roadways upper layer of the bridge, by using a grid-type mesh and allows the rainwater to be inserted; a settlement tank which is joined, attached, and supported to a lower portion of the bridge by supports, allows the rainwater to be inserted from the insertion tank through an upper portion thereof, and settles sludge in the rainwater; and a discharge pipe which discharges the rainwater over-flowing from the settlement tank. A first filtration unit is filled with a waste concrete material and a filtering material in a spherical shape, allows processed water discharged from the settlement unit through a discharge pipe to be inserted, and firstly filtrates the processed water. A second filtration unit has a waste concrete material and a filtering material in a spherical shape, allows the processed water, having been processed by the first filtration unit, secondly filtrates the processed water, and discharges the processed water. A storage unit stores the processed water, having been processed by the second filtration unit and discharged, and discharges and uses the processed water by using a pump when needed. Accordingly, the treatment system performs a settlement process and a filtration process twice with respect to the non-point source contaminants in rainwater generated from the bridge and thus has high efficiency of removing non-point source contaminants. The treatment system filtrates and adsorbs contaminants of early phase rainwater by using the waste concrete material, which is construction waste. The treatment system reduces environmental pollution by reusing construction waste and reduces costs for a filtering material used in a water treatment field. The treatment system enables the filtrated processed water to be used for toilets, flower beds on roads, and so on and thus reduces social costs. The total processes are performed from the upside to the downside so only a small amount of energy is used for the treatment system, and consequently, maintenance costs are low.
본 발명은 초기우수처리시설을 이용하여 교량에서 발생되는 초기우수를 차집하고 정화하는 처리시스템으로, 침전부는 교량의 도로상층 좌, 우 측면에 설치된 관로로 모이는 우수를 격자형식의 망을 통해 우수내 큰 입자를 제거하여 유입시키는 유입조와 지지대로 교량 하부와 연결 부착되어 지지되고, 상부로 상기 유입조에서 우수를 유입시켜 우수내 슬러지를 침전시키는 침전조와 상기 침전조에서 월류된 우수를 배출시키는 배출관으로 이루어지며, 1차여과부는 폐콘크리트와 구 형태의 여과재가 충진되어 침전부에서 배출관을 통해 배출된 처리수를 유입시켜 1차 여과하고, 2차여과부는 폐콘크리트와 구 형태의 여과재가 1차여과부에서 처리된 처리수를 유입시켜 2차 여과시킨 뒤 배출하며, 저장부는 2차여과부에서 처리되어 배출된 처리수를 저장하고, 필요시에 펌프를 이용하여 배출시켜 사용하고, 그에 따라서 교량에서 발생되는 우수내 비점오염원을 침전공정과 2차례의 여과공정을 실시하여 비점오염원의 제거 효율이 높고, 건축 폐기물인 폐콘크리트를 이용하여 초기우수의 오염물질을 여과 및 흡착하는 것으로 건축 폐기물을 재활용하여 환경오염을 저감시키고, 수처리분야서 소요되는 여과재의 비용을 절약하며, 여과된 처리수를 화장실, 도로변 화단등에 쓰여 사회적 비용을 저감하고, 전체 공정을 상방에서 하방으로 실시하여 처리시스템에 소요되는 에너지량을 적게 사용함으로써 유지비용이 낮다.
